  • @seechey18 stfu you obviously know nothing about this band, they are no where near selling out.

  • wow, anti flag? major labels? hypocrites

    .

  • @lognation

they signed 6 years ago in 05. They've been back on independents since 08 or 09

  • @lognation Actually they have been producing there won music lately. Sometimes you need to get a message out

  • Don't criticize what you cant understand- Bob Dylan

  • Incredible voice!

  • If you dont like the band then fuck off and dont leave a stupid comment, they are an amazing band!

  • Tiger Army was on Jimmy Kimmel 4 years ago. they weren't that big back then but they got their chance to be on tv, which is unusual for a psychobilly band. their music videos were on fuse the last time i saw them.

  • anti flag on Jimmy. what the fuck?

  • 1:04 on the bottom left..is that the blonde haired mohack king from the music video? :O

  • @ThELaSTpuNKdRuMMErs I though it when i saw him either. hahaha

  • I've always liked Chris #2's voice more than Justin's.

  • Thumbs up for the guy with the mask in the front row like he's gonna get swine flu or something.

  • HOT TOPIC IS NOT PUNK ROCK - Mc lars.

    look it up ;)

  • @MikeyMasked just heard that song for the first time today. Quite hilarious.

  • Why are people saying they are sell outs? Their major lable stuff deals with the exact same topics as their independent music. It just has some better production values and wider distribution.

  • @18Starsfan I agree. I would much rather have a band with such a strong message in their music signed to a bigger label. To me, that just means they'll get more exposure, and more people will hear what they have to say. These guys have by no means sold out.

  • theres nothing wrong with goths ... they're fucking cool, its fucking emos who are cock heads

  • @Laidleypunk12 scenes are cool too, right?

  • @Butterfinger109 ....are you high!?

  • So what if they sell out, that jus means they can spread there message more and to a bigger audience.

  • awesome dancing at 1:40

  • I've never seen so many punks in a Jimmy Kimmel crowd haha

  • chris sounds really pissed off in this video. love it.

  • I saw a video some years ago in which they played Die For the Government on Jimmy Kimmel, but I can't find it now...

  • i have the same bass :D

  • just selling records is technically part of the "capitalist" system if you think about it, the music is all that i really care about, who care's about mainstream or sell out nonsense, besides i bet hardly anyone talking shit about them knows how hard it is to keep a band going and make any money, they still need to make a living to and it's not easy, so everyone chill.

  • i love pat´s face:) i love the power of anti-flag i love their live works!!<3

  • im sick of people arguing over whats punk and whats not. punk is not a fashion statement, and its not a commodity. everytime you sanitize it, we will re-infect it. evertime you clean it, we will dirty it up again. it is essentialy two words, "fuck" and "you". not because we are not capable of saying anything more, but because you are not capable of understanding anything less...

  • This is the only show that actually has good musical guests XD

  • everyone needs to stop with the whole sell out thing becuz all of u use it lik its ur favorit word.becuz their usin a major label dosnt mean ther sellouts.do u guys go to school?collage?do u buy from those punk/alternative stores. hot topic, pac sun? those are all part of the system.so before u start throwin out the word sell out becuz their using a major label look at urself and look how u contrubute and help the system.but we still believe in wut anti flag talks about nd thats all that counts.

  • @xTheRetrozx hahaha hot topic is not a fucking punk store it's for emo/goth faggots

  • @luke34578 they sell ramones and sex pistols shirts, are those emo and goth bands?

  • @jcb878 no but emo and goth faggots buy that shit either way fuck greedy corporations like hot-topic

  • ughh didnt like this performance =/

  • music is the word!!! don't listen to if u can't appreciate the fact that it is good... anti-flag rules parts of the world that "people" can't understand... we are at the end and we should face the facts. independance rules the world!!!

anarchist facts tear up the world @@@

  • seems every station, on the tv, is selling something, no one can be.

  • I love these guys.

What's all this about them being sell-outs?

Hate to break it to you but: independent labels fuck you over too. It's still apart of a capitalist structure and what smaller labels do (and have to keep up) is a business. On the content of their music, to me, every song after they signed onto RCA(?) and back has been the same, albeit a bit more generic.

Grow up and listen to some fucking music.

  • what does it say on his guitar at 1:41?

  • @RottingPumpkins "What Are We Going To Do About The USA"

  • Fucking great showwwww

  • i guarantee that Kimmel has never seen a mosh pit quite like this haha

  • They are the shit live =D

  • I wish all bands could put on such a great live performance like this

  • I dont mind the label, but the band use to be fun?

  • I like alot of their old stuff, but after "terror state" I could not get into them after that.I met them in Phila at the Unitarian church.Justin was really cool and + funny.Head 2 came off in a defensive way to me and acted arrogant. he responded by saying "the Bouncing Souls are personal friends of mine dont put them down(crazy)".He also told kids to spit on the Flag and kept talking and talking ,thus trying to get people to wave our fist in the air. They claim to be 18 on their site.

  • I don't consider a band sold out until they change their beliefs and what they sing about or sound just to make money. Maybe your definition is a band that makes a decent amount of money and has fans, but if that's the case. Then I see nothing wrong with being a so-called "sell-out". Why would you not want the world to hear, what you have to say? That's the only way change will ever be made in this world.

  • Nice pants...Whats the difference between this and Good Charlotte???

  • @seandecastro This is actually good music.

  • @Tahget Lyrical content, attitude and the people

  • @seandecastro the music. their views. the amount of people there getting to and their authenticy

  • Kimmel works for the same team Skull and Bones GW Bush works and anti-flag are the typical douchebags created and nurtured by the Establishment thinking they are anti-establishment.

  • yah and look at what anti-flag accomplished on the major label. Military free zone, PeTA, and countless other charities and organizations. and besides the TRUE meaning of selling out is when you trade your beliefs for a surtin amount of money

  • I think its great that theyre on the jimmy kimmel show fuck all you narrowminded people

  • Yeah because the man show never raped a woman of her confidence right? lol. I like the song but damn man find a better place to get the word out.

  • @theknucklehead92

lol whats better than spreading a message where it has not been heard before?

  • How come this "anti-establishment" artists have no problem finding publishing platforms and people like Antony C. Sutton were stuck to a very very small book publishing company and the only mainstream TV channel that granted him an interview was a dutch channel that chickened out at the last minute? If you want message watch and read everything from Antony C. Sutton and get out of the "Left vs Right" crap. "Thesis played against Antithesis leads to a Synthesis". Anti-Flag = Useful idiots.

  • its funny because i bet all the people in the crowd have no fuckin idea what punk is

  • fuckin circle pits baby!!

  • wow Chris #2's singing is so raw. i'm not sure it's really singing :P but it is awesome none the less.

  • @sk8ergirl1995 sound like hes ill or something. but still a great song...

  • This just doesn't work. "Well fuck TV! Now watch us on Jimmy Kimmel's show! And stop degrading women, unless the advertisers are on the show we performed on." Like, at least sing Press Corpse so there isn't quite as much hypocrisy.

  • @Patman968574 bang ur head against the wall, and then go google anti-flag to find out what they really stand for...

  • the guy with the giant liberty spikes from the video is in the circle pit at 1:04

  • @JEZUSmuffin thats wat i thought!!! lol

  • I f*ckin wish I could go to a concert like this

  • @TheRevolutionstarter It is an experience like no other. They are RIDICULOUSLY good live.

  • @SarcasmxAWayofLife

That's what everyone tells me but the sad thing is theyll never come near where I live

  • @TheRevolutionstarter That sucks! They tour all over North America and Europe regularly, where do you live?

  • @SarcasmxAWayofLife

A really small island in greece near the borders of turkey

    (barely 15000 population)

  • I just find it funny the speech in the beginnig and it's jimmys show. I man what was the man show? It degraded women every showing lol.

  • Lame crowd awesome band... what the hell... :P

  • @CaekLandFtw They had a pretty badass pit going though!

  • jimmy kimmel 5 seconds in was probly like "fuck i should've listened to these guys first, I might lose ratings!"

  • Sell outs, pft... people don't know shit. There not.

  • kids that scream sell out are posers and we should not really listen to them anyways. they would not know what good music is even if it T bags them in the mouth.

  • @CaptainAnarchy316 im not punk rock.....by YOUR definition.....im also not anticapitalist....by AntiFlags definition.....o wait....neither are they....

  • @bwcrackhead blah blah blah blah blah what are you crying about? Its just music kido. i would sell out to pay bills any day. any one would. the kids that scream sell outs are just jealous cause they cant do what the band they are saying "sold out" is doing. point proven so many times.

  • @CaptainAnarchy316 no.....its just weak. i enjoy being a nurse. i enjoy paying my bills with money i earn. but if went around causing my patients harm to keep them under my care i would feel a bit guilty

  • Better than studio right here!

  • Who are the 17 fucks that disliked this??

    >:(

  • @QueenQH Idk let's hunt them down!

  • @cdynckl Let's!

How could you NOT like Anti-Flag?? They're always amazing live! =D

  • @QueenQH i used to like anti-flag.... a lot. but that guys voice.....the blonde.....its horrible....make that 18 dislikes.

  • @bwcrackhead hey hey hey woaaa kiddo!! isnt that the whole fukin point of punk rock and punk? wow lol

  • @karina9377 i had many comments....i dont know what you're referencing.....but the point of punk rock music is to exist. its to be played and heard. if they make some money off it ....great. Thats a good thing. However, Anti Flag whines about anticapitalism all the time.....but be sure to stop by their merch stand or visit their online store.....i dont buy into it.....

  • they are from russia

  • i wish there are more bands like AF.

  • chris is a fucking beast. great vocals and bass.

  • idk bout any of you ppl but i think only the russian dude can sing and nobody else in this band

  • @XianisRoxify

theres no one russian in the band

  • great band, great message long live A-F

  • i miss old anti flag i loved them better

  • Anti-Flag is the best band of the entire world!!!

  • Haha, Im watching Justin while Chris #2 sings, hes spinning n everything. A lot of energy. And I agree, Chris #2 sounds wicked!!

  • ya fuck you lady gaga thumbs up if you think the same

  • It's PUNK of course they can't sing. I love punk. Anti-Flag is like my new favoutite band now. It's about energy and songwriting as opposed to sounding perfect.

  • @hessofail I don't completely agree. I think they do sound perfect(;

  • i love this song

  • i love this version from this is the end for you my friend :D

  • they can't sing

  • @32funnymen Correction Dumb shit. Chris is trying to be (n this particular version of the song) a "Wanna be Hard-Rocker" I have downloaded many songs from Anti-Flag, and Chris is not the ead singer, Justin Sane is the lead singer who is the guy in the middle that sings the Chorus. So learn the facts before you go off and "label them as a band who cant sing"

  • if you're basing your opinion solely on this performance i could see why you'd say that but justin can actually sing quite well and chris is fine on backup though personally i dont love it when he sings lead in songs

  • chris' voice sounds wicked here.

  • awesome band and song oh ya and fuck church, waste of someones life.

  • MOSH!!!!!!!!!

Even though that pit is kinda lame.

    I love Chris' hawk! >:D

  • How did they sell out? haha and even if they did they dont make that much money, fuck let them live and make their great music off what money they can make. They are still fuckin punk, if being a sellout mean not having to live in a church paying 30 bucks a month for rent. Time have changed and so does purpose and music

  • dude? 30 bucks a month for rent? where do you live?

  • @IVOrionIV thats a good deal, alot less than what im paying for rent

  • Yeaaaaaaaaah ! :D

  • sexy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • dobre wszyscy skaczą :)

  • PURE PUNK ROCK!

  • Comment removed

  • They realised how much of a bad decision it was and how much they contradicted themselves and their beliefs about capitalism. but u cant keep calling them "sell outs" cause there independent again and still have the raw punk sound, punk attitude and punk ideas as well as being on a independent label. So glad they are indepentent again:D:D anti-flag forever.

  • @goodnightnurserocks .....just make sure to pick up their cd.....pick up their new t-shirts, backpacks, cds, jackets, beanies....lol....thats weak.

  • @goodnightnurserocks If I'm not mistaken, sell out means they change their style or their message because they think it's what will get them more money. That's not the case with them signing to RCA. They were allowed to do everything THEY wanted to do, and the spirit never left, the entire motivation behind the band never left. In fact, that's what made it difficult to find a major label. Labels approached them but wouldn't let them do what they wanted to do, so they said no.

  • @SarcasmxAWayofLife all im saying i lost alot of respect for them ALOT. cos one of their main focuses is on how they dislike capitalism, and they outline this especially in the song "underground network". im just disappointed.

  • @SarcasmxAWayofLife well said. or should i say nuff said, ktxbb.

  • i love anti-flag. But i was pretty sad when they went to a major label so they did kinda"sell out" but now they realised how stupid of a decision it was to go onto a major label so they ditched it and when independent again which is awesome.

  • hey the word sell-out is such an over used word. they rnt sell-outs if they want to get their message across to a wider audience with a bigger label.

  • @rkay152. that doesn't mean that they didn't sell out! broader message or not, they still sold out! they had anti-capitalist lyrics, and then they played for Pontiac! and trust me, a-f is my favorite band behind bad religion and nofx. I'm just not a kiss asser like you.

  • @rkay152 and plus, now their back with A-F

  • @rkay152 lol....all the while singing about anti-capitalism.....thats funny. yeh youre right ....theyre totally not sell outs.

  • your wasting your breathe and time

  • whats up with these people using the word "sellout" so damn much. So what, a band is good enough that alot of people like them and want to buy their album. Anit-Flag is an amazing hardcore Punk band. Ive been a punker my whole life, and im in a band myself. As long as they keep to their true ideals and beliefs there's nothing wrong with getting the message to the rest of this fucked up world. If your screaming "your going to die for your country thats shit!" and noone is listening....

  • To me the fact they screamed the song proves they aren't sell outs. Main stream America would definitly prefer the "softer" studio version to what Chris did. If the band really sold out they would have played the song more like the studio version. By screaming, Chris proved that Anti-flag is still about their message, and even national exposure won't change that.... just my take

  • I've gto a same looking mohawk as Chris #2

  • anyone else find it odd that Anti-Flag performed on the American Broadcasting Channel..a network that they are constantly bad mouthing as being part of the "main stream media"..just a thought..lol

  • that pit looked like it sucked

  • i agree, but more then likely the show was like "no pits, crowd surfing and stage diving" to protect their ass

  • good point

  • you have to fall on shows like this to promote yourself. If you don't promote yourself no band would ever make it

  • the only thing that anti-flag signing to a major record label is going to result in, is rich spoiled bitches going out and dressing in all black.

  • \/ i agree if u

  • i really like the band.

but i have to admit that it is kinda mainstream to be on tv shows when you are against commerce and all that stuff.

  • LOL your right!!!

  • gotta get the message out somehow.

  • haha yeah youre right

  • at 1:03 theirs a guy that looks just like one of the people in the music video. hes got the big mohawk

  • they did the filming for the music video at a los angeles venue and invited their fans to come be a part of it and since jimmy kimmel is also filmed in L.A. it's only natural that a fan in the same area would go to both.

  • wow this isnt hypocritical at all..... theyre criticizing tv and commercials but are now on mainsteam tv with advertisements all over the stage

  • how is it hypocritical ? it isent your missing the whole point

  • wtf, obviously u dont get the point... you have no idea what punk is or wat punks are about, go listen to avenged sevenfold you poser.............and it is hypocritical becuz they are talking badly about commercials, and mainstream television but they are on mainstream television to promote their new record so shut the fuck up you moron

  • dont be offensive when you dont understand. They arent critisizing adverts in general, just the fact that some advertisement play on peoples fears and insecurities in order to make a profit, which is wrong. Anti-flags adverts onstage are more to do with decoration, as you well know, and are not, at least as far as i can see, playig on anybody's insecurities.

    xx

  • or they could be that punk that theyre just going against everything that punks stand for hmmm think about it lol jks still love anti flag but yeh theyve changed

  • @lesthanjakkickas that's like saying the warped tour is commercial because My Chemical Romance played it. Honestly, d'you think the producers of the show wouldn't have thought about how political this band is? and Avenged Sevenfold used to be good, back in 2005...

  • You're a dumbass. What's wrong with playing your message to a larger audience? It's not like they're saying OH HEY, GO WATCH NBC, MTV AND ALL THAT SHIT WHOOH!

Do you think Rage Against the Machine is hypocritical for rocking the fuck out of Letterman and Saturday Night Live? No, it's called bringing the message that is USUALLY underground TO the mainstream. It's called trying to change things up, to shake up the common order. Go back to the valley, rookie.

  • lol his voice is so loud. screams every word

  • i love anti-flag :) perfect music :) my favourite band :)

  • comment 501... okay, i had to.

    anti-flag are my loves <3

  • Best show I saw at warped.

  • my fav band too

  • awsome, my favourite band ;D

  • what does #2 say at the end? This song is not...?

  • brought to you by

  • ..... brought to you by

  • saw them up in front at Warped. it was so sick!

    Anti-Flag rocks!

  • this brings back the memory of when i went to see them...best night of my life!
