  • hey, so how long did it take you to achieve your vertical gains. You have obiously made some serious improvements. I actually improved my standing vertical jump from 15inches to 39.4inches. My running vertical jump went from 21.1 inches to 46.3 inches.I took my forty yard time from 5.1 (s) to 4.48 (s). I was just wondering on how much time you spent. My results took one month, because I developed a type three muscle fibre in my muscles which provided superior strength in the muscles used forjump

    took me 4 years to get my squat to mid 300s.. SVJ got to mid 30s. now lifting in the low 400s and SVJ is getting really close to 40. got repeatable 38s in vid recently.

    when you are done dreaming.. hit the squat rack and start lifting =)
