  • organic also refers to synthetic chemicals spraying on the food Multiple, multiple times. These chemicals are synthetic and are man made within the last 30-70 years. Around here we have local farmers markets with organic options. I can actually look at the person that grew my food in the eye and talk to them personally. I actually saved money when i started buying basic organic plant based foods with an addition to grass fed beef. The makeup you wear also puts a huge toll on your facial skin.

  • You need a assfuck!

  • @MrKingArschfick You need a life! Get the hell off my page... retard!

  • Thank you for responding so quickly, you are a font of knowledge

    Your cyber friend

    Peace

  • Your information is so valuable, there was a time when I ate a lot of soy products, can that help or hinder when going through menopause? Also wanted to add, your makeup is impeccable, your nails are gorgeous and your hair is lovely and so healthy and shiny

    Your cyber friend

    Peace

  • @MultiBarbidoll Here is the thing. MOST doctors will do hormone replacement therapy on menopausal women. Problem is they don't do it the right way. They end up only replacing estrogen, which then screws up your testosterone and progesterone levels. so being menopausal I opted to take nothing. I am much better off that way. Too much estrogen without the other hormones in conjunction will still give you abfat and armfat. Plus it hightens your chances for female cancer. Stay away from soy:)

  • Hey barbie whats good for boosting testosterone, apart from the obvious "gear" lol, are there any natural ways to boost my test, is tribulas good?

  • @powerstone212 Spoke to my hubby. Tribulas is pretty usesless according to what he has researched. What is it that you are trying to accomplish with more testosterone? Testosterone is not really effective unless you have a shortage, which you shouldn't have at your age. There are estrogen blockers that could help, but if you want serious info message me.

  • LOL omg soy = man boobs? Marinda I have nursing in my background and I know what youre saying connects to medical facts... Ive read of that estrogen connection. Hmm isnt it wild how information from can free a person. I have to get all this from your wonderful channel Marinda b/c I have been innudated with health food hype and its been worrying me to pieces! You are bringing balance back to my world. Thanks so very much for being living proof of your teaching You rock!!

  • @Mrsjustheretolearn Phew, I panicked (vivid imagination seeing 6 foot person running on football field with manboobs!). Good, don't let him touch donuts either, they friggin use soymilk in most of those donuts. Only donuts that don't have soymilk in it, is the yeast based ones like the apple fritters (which by the way makes a good post workout carb for an ectomorph)

  • Isn't it wonderful how just a little bit more knowledge can set us free, and yet people are still to happy to be spoonfed, rather than really study something before they put it in place:) Good for you for your lightbulbmoment, LOL To make you feel better, I raised my son on soy too, luckily he didn't like milk much and started eating very healthy, very young, so I could skip the milk early on in life:) After one year he went on regular cow milk, which he still loves.

  • actually the neutrient does change. organic products has more vitamin content and mineral content.

  • thanks again for the info. xxx

  • Hi Marinda, It's the lactose. Cow milk and I are not at all on a friendly basis. It does not make nice with my gut. Cheese, ice cream, butter you name it. Can't do it. I have been using almond milk as an alternative to the soy.

    L-

  • @ladeedah: i have readrd that. Thx anyway but we are not pork eaters.

    L-

  • I don't know how I missed this vid. Oh man am I getting nervous. One more carton of soy milk in the fridge & I will not be repurchasing any. I will need to find an alternative for it since it was the alternative for cow milk. So how does one begin to get over the missing crunch factor once you swear off all bread, cookies, pretzels etc.??

  • There are no carbs in pork rinds or pork skins and they are crunchy. On the low-carb diets like Atkins, I've seen recipes where people even use crushed pork rinds as a breading for frying chicken and other meat in a little Pam cooking spray.

  • That sounds simply delicious, however, out dieting does not allow for fat. I haven't had fat for years, so if I eat it now, I get the stomach runs for two days. We don't fry anything, ever. Atkins is a good starter diet for obese people, just to get their weight off, but it is not a sustainable lifestyle. I don't have a problem if someone wants to follow Atkins in the beginning, but most people who do Atkins or Burnstein, usually gain all the weight back when they stop.

  • Well, you basically get your crunch out of vegetables, fruits(eventually after fatloss when sugars are allowed again), as well as fish skin (salmon hmm) and protein pitas or eventually whole wheat pitas. Or you wait for your cheatmeal and eat every crunchy thing you can find, lol What is your issue with milk again?

  • As I understand it, soy does not actually contain estrogen but rather molecules in soy mimic molecules of estrogen. Human digestive systems can't really process soy unless it's fermented. Not sure if this makes any difference in what you said.

  • @jhheart307 : Soy actually contains phyto-estrogens. If you listen CAREFULLY, I say in my video that soy ACTS like estrogen in your body. I didn't say it CONTAINS estrogen. Thanks for the input.

  • @jhheart307 : Also if you read the clinical trials, they say phyto-estrogens are READILY absorbed in the human body. If you would like some more reading material, I could send you the links I have:) Thanks Marinda

  • LOL I meant, they eat those organic foods which are already low-glycemic (they don't have to prepare anything either). I know organic foods are not lower in calories, fats, carbs, etc. just because thy are orgainic. If that was the case, that would be great. I would be on an all organic diet. lol Sorry for the confusion. I only have a limited amount of space to fit in what I'm trying to say in any given post. :-)

  • @FutureFit123 double posting... again. Sorry.

  • Totja! And yes these little characters creep me out alltogether, when you type and the stupid thingy keeps running down, like a bloody bomb timer or something, LOL

  • And I hate how you cant edit. You have to delete the whole thing. YouTube needs more space, edit and better ways to reply instead of having to scroll through to find your posts.

  • You've got that right! When we are all said and done building muscle and loosing fat, we will all get together and bombard them with our muscles, and demand a change! that irritates me too. Plus a couple other youtube features.

  • Eating soy can be problematic for women who are predisposed to or have had "female" cancers (breast, uterine) because of the increase in estrogen levels from eating soy products. Women, please check with your doctor/practitioner about injesting soy. What Miranda is saying is true.

  • Why thank you, junbuggy! Always nice to get confirmations for others to hear.

  • Oh, you are so welcome! I have a 25 year medical background. Now I have to change my channel name to junbuggy....I love it!

  • I love it too! Junbuggy suits you, therefore I baptise you J-U-N-B-U-G-G-Y! There, now you can change your name officially!

  • thanks for great video! you are amazing!

  • Thank you honeybun, I'm so glad you enjoyed!

  • this is a great search for your subbies- search in YouTube --

    Anti-Estrogenic Diet Ori Hofmekler

.i really like 98% of what he says- sift through some of this info tell me what you think..he is right about men becoming women! even in our rivers the male fish are becoming female- because of the estrogen flushed into the water that goes to river- FISH With MAN BOOBS! lol shelly

  • Lady Jane, my poor subbies are in overload already with all the info I give them. Let them process everything first, then they can go and decide where they further want to do research and go from there. If you put them in overload, they will just be overwhelmed and either give up or run away.:)

  • maybe the running will help them loose the fat !!!! x shelly

  • Ha-ha-haaaa, I swear I'm gonna come over there and kick your butt!!!! Btw, I went and bought your other eyeprimer. I will send it out next week, and this time I'm putting it in a damn shoe box and insuring it for $1000-00. If some ugly old hag wants to steal it this time, at least we'll make money from it. :)))

  • no need to do that- i have yet to check my mail ladys eyelids, I did not grow up where i live now- this place is really weird either hillbilly or rich upper crust- I saw a man in a little store i said merryXmas what did you get under the tree? he slowly says a COFFEEMAKER- i said want are your plans for Xmas? he said gonna make coffee- Another time i get out of the shower and find my mail woman in my living room!- i was shocked! she says heres your mail likes its normal! now i lock my doors X

  • i eat green when i grow it-( I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN NOT WHAT YOU SAY) -Let me tell you about organic- my dear friend has a huge organic farm- i ask her is it "really organic just less junk- she said you cant grow produce 100% natural- but things like potatoes-carrots- any thing that grows underground is safe anyways- she should know, the government allows a certain % of pesticides and call it organic. To much estrogen makes all the cells rounder-men need a non estrogenic diet EW manmilk Xshelly.

  • Lots of good info, Marinda. Are soy products obvious? Or are they hidden in everything we eat? In other words, do we have to read labels and search it out? And then there is......I still don't have your email addy! lol xoxo

  • Hun, I send you messages twice. Now go and send me a message on my homepage, then I will reply, that way you can't miss it again.

  • So glad I found you! Very interesting. My daughter was telling me that soy wasn't good either. I wonder about about the effects of hormones that are used in raising cattle and chicken and then we're eating the meat.

  • Hunnybun, you guys are making this WAAAYYYY too complicated. I'm not on the organic kick and I'm sure if you would like to be, there are many gurus on youtube that can help you out. My main aim is fatloss and weight training, and that's all I'm about. No organic worries here. I think I look and feel pretty healthy for a non-organic, non green, not giving an owls hoot about that stuff, type of person, LOL

  • Never could get with that soy product thing.

  • There you go, a girl of my pointy old heart! I'm with you on this one, lol

  • I sent my info Friday, did you get it?

  • Got it hunnybun, will contact you soon:)

  • can't wait for the type 2 dieabetes video..I am one..but so far no insulin..so this will be just what I need to get my weight under control so that I don't have to start taking it.

  • I't s coming. Got to go "dump" my kids on the other side of the world first for a sleepover, then pick up magicadespell's new eyeprimer (hers got stolen in the mail), then come back and do 600 videos! LOL

  • Is it possible for a vegetarian to follow a body building meal plan? What would they eat? Black beans and....chick peas? Just curious lol.

  • Milk products and eggs hun. Plant protein is not sufficient in building muscle. So tons of eggs, cottage cheese, non fat milk, and protein shakes.

  • living as a vegan for the past two years i let myself forget precisely what you said today because i thought i was being very virtuous and "healthy". as a type 2 i was blessed that my bloodwork stayed good but as time passed i found myself growing more tired and weak-feeling. even though i was very careful with my diet. i am already feeling clearer during the day and sleeping better at night. i am not bloated(beyond fat)and many odd aches and pains have gone. thank you marinda.

  • Johan and myself are dancing for joy! Thank you for sharing this for everyone to see. Maybe others out there can contact you and learn from your experience. Like I always say in my videos: I am so haaaaappy!

  • I didn't know that about soy products. Makes sense actually. Asian men who change gender become very feminine women.

  • How do you think SUMU wrestlers get so big? Oooeee, I'm not gonna answer that, I'm going to do a video on that, that will be sooo fun! Try and find out so long. Maybe it will be a contest!

  • I watched a show on SUMU wrestlers and their diets and exercises. It was interesting, what was really interesting was that even though they are so big, they are actually very different from your "average" obese person. It was a cool show.

  • We eat soy beans for snacks, yikes!

  • Ha ha haaa, someone is throwing out some stuff today, LOL

  • I am so happy I subscribed to you!

  • Me too, me tooo! LOL
