You need to open resident.rpf with spariv and replace the horns file.

put it in your main game folder with asi loader

You are only supposed to save it... Then open resident.rpf with sparkiv and replace the HORNS.IVAUD in that with this HORNS.IVAUD.

Nope I don't think so, GTA SA doesn't have the proper file like GTA 4.

Okay. And just a quick question. I wanted to uninstall Everything that had to do with GTA SA and I wanted to install GTA 4. Now how much bigger is GTA 4 to San Andreas? Will it slow down my computer much more than GTA SA did?

you can use a tool to put it into gta san andreas, but you have to install gta IV first.. i did it with the original siren sound from gta IV and it works.
