  • they are great. we have about thirty Corellas that land every day in our yard. we love them but recently had a couple of different ones that make a distinctivly different noise. i think that it must be a western long bill. they all walk around with our ducks and dogs and think they own the place. none of ours are very tame. one took food out of my hand once but the next time i tried it i got a nip. i dont know if it was the same bird. lovely video. Nita.

  • I like the sound they make~ the long-bill one in the cage is more friendly~

  • These corellas are part of the cockatoo family and are extremely clever birds. For those willing to put in the time and have the time, they can be taught to speak and do lots of things. They love music and dancing and also love company and can be very affectionate. They also can get carried away but they are so full of character like many in the cockatoo family.

  • Can you teach these birds to talk like the african greys o cockatoos?

  • @foxman0720 They can be taught to talk but doubt any bird can be taught to speak as well as African greys.

  • @KatzHartz The Eclectus can match African Greys with talking ability. Lovely birds though. =)
