Are you sure it's called "Usually just a T-shirt"? I thought that was one of the alternate names for his Niandra Lades album. That's what the titles of some of his uploaded songs say, anyway.

Niandra LAdes and Usually just a t-shirt is the name of the album that was released. It's actually two albums worth of songs on one release, hence the title. The second half songs are the usually just a t-shirt songs.

You upload onto rapdishare or megaupload and give the download link. Or you could send the file as an attachment on an email. With an upload hosting site like the first 2 it's easier if you want to send it to a lot of people as it's simple to publically post the link. Otherwise you'd need everyone's email address.
