  • He really strikes me as one of those comics with a quite melancholic, cerebral side.

  • perfect reflection of Indian Community.....Sanjeev has got every minor detail is spot on...

  • skippy the punjabi kangeroo hahahahahahahahahahah

  • Is that before he discovered a love of pies Michael Ball sitting beside Sanjeev?

  • i EMAGINE THE COMMUNITY THAT YOU LIVE IN,ER...... opening question from parky to a paki, paki to a paki, parky to a paki, paki to a parky

  • i had the biggest crush on this guy for literally 7 years

    love you sanjeev! =D

  • he was a paki in Southalll and now he was chatting to parky, how great is/was that?

  • That is some charismatic personality he has, when u just get so sucked into the stuff that ur on about, that u dont realise its all just day to day things...its the way u talk about , and present urself, is what makes one charismatic i guess, which i still have to figure out how to be....correct my english folks, cos i am still learning the language if i am wrong.

  • who the hell "disliked" this? wankers..

  • he got a great sense of humour

  • He told the story of upheaval in his parents' life, before joking that he wanted to do something to take the piss out of them ?!

That aside, can anyone resist a guy who turns nasty circumstances into humour ? A guy who doesn't take himself or anyone else too seriously and makes people laugh ?

  • Just watched "India With Sanjeev Bhaskar". Love his sense of humour and enjoyed the tour he shared with us. Will be sure to watch the other episodes.

  • to Sanjeev you are not comedian but you are bolzo which makes fun of himself without any reason

  • @hellomellop You must have a sad, sad life. I pity you indeed.

  • to Sanjeev you are not comedian but you are bolzo which makes fun of himself with any reason and you are own religion destroyer.

Every religion on this earth is having many problem that doest not mean that you make fun like non-sense if are making fun of your own religion then you are making fun of your self first the other religion people thinks tha you are not comedioan but a human with no respect of your self.

if i am wrong then give a negative reply.

  • @hellomellop u r wrong.

  • I didn't understand the joke at 3:38. Can anybody please explain me?

  • @Vaibik "...which is why i decided to take the piss out of them in a sitcom"

  • veryy verry FUNNY!! I couldn't stop laughing

  • what is he wearing???

  • british televsion is that last bastion of

racism after the fall of aparthied in south

africa......Look at any bafta award evening

and you will see how under-represented

    minorities are on British television---the

old boy racist club of insider is active here....racist fuckers ..remind me of

    hollywood in 1940s.....

  • lol, all you talk about is hollywood in the 1940's and asian people not being appriciated. ever thaught that they might not apply for tv, you are very very narrow minded.

  • sanjeev is ace

  • check out sanjeevs latest interviews on my channel! Hes such a great comedian! awsome.

  • HAHAHAHAHA

  • goodness gracious me was pretty funny, and who better to "take the piss" as you put it than a person/s from the same community? Do you think he is racists against his own? Isn`t it a good thing? even cathartic to be able to laugh at ourselves?

  • it just to show how people from one culture act and are treated in another culture and environment

  • Why does Robin Williams takes the piss outta American culture? Why did Peter Sellers took the piss outta British culture? And so on.

It's called humour. Try to get some.

  • Taking the piss out of your own culture is an opportunity for the kind of growth that only comes from self-scrutiny. You should try it sometime, instead of just sitting on your ass waiting for someone else to entertain you.

  • Okay okay i learnt my lesson.

  • @suzbailey23 well fuckin said

  • who's next to him.... looks familiar in a slightly creepy way

  • Michael Ball? Not sure.

  • Michael Ball, but I think he's gained a lot of weight etc. now.

  • Never argue with an old indian man you'll never win. They'll never back down. "No it is Hampster" that is so funny I'd love to see that on goodness gracious me

  • Comment removed

  • Can anyone tell me the episode that they used before he came out to meet parkinson......its got his parents in the kitchen and the mothers is cleaning the oven...?? Anyone Remember..?

  • kumars at number 42/49

  • thank you! :D

  • What a pro.

  • He's not as funny as the other guy from Goodness gracious me.

  • Kulvinder

  • sanjeev is kind of sexy...

  • Sanjeev should get together with an Anglo-Indian comedian here in Toronto called Russell Peters. They would tear the roof down! Russell's family are from London by way of Colonial India.

  • Great idea m8

  • russel peters and sanjeev are funny as hell

  • @taildragger51 shouldn't Russell be Canadian-Indian though since he's "culturally" brought up

  • @spacemarin37 Anglo Indian usually refers to people from India whose ancestry is mixed European and Indian.

There are many Anglo Indians that migrated to Canada, USA, UK, Australia. Its more of a race thing than it is a nationality.

  • @taildragger51 I was just thinking that! He'd slay 'em here.

  • @taildragger51 Anglo means English as in England. Russell Peters is canadian. Besides. i think their sense of humour dont mix.

  • @taildragger51 russel is way more funnier than this guy

  • @taildragger51

He matches better with Sugar Sammy.

  • you dont telll me nutting

  • no...

  • no....were safe!!

  • No its a Singer called Michael Ball.

  • watch this guy in top gear an interview with jeremy clarkson, that was fucking funny as well lol

  • haha i love Sanjeev !!!! i wish he brought back goodness gracious me!

  • what a legend.

  • i have a rare sanjeev video on my profile rare lecture

  • Parkinson is so deeply... British. When he's with Hugh Laurie in that awful interview talking about the great empire building... and now he's had to tone it down. It's just so odd.

  • derdriui: You are 100% right. Parky is a true blue, hard right winger. Well, he's a Yorkshireman so what do you expect? He always supported Maggie Thatcher. It's amazing when a talented Asian guy becomes an OBE possessor though. They forget his colour then. Same as when Maggie sucked up to all the rich Arabs in the 80s. Sanjeev is a truly talented guy.

  • Yup, it's him all right.

  • This is the first time I've seen him out of character.

Is that Michael Ball next to him?

  • love this chap

  • Love Sanjeev!

  • "you don't tell me NOTHING" looooolll!!!!

  • thanks for posting i love sanjeev! one of my favourite comedians, and i agree with euvan they should bring back the kumars

  • Brill Marshallah.

  • bbc, bring the kumars back aldough uall didint create it

  • cheers for this sanjeev's ace :D xx

  • missed the india series

  • Does the Kumars @ no 42 still on???

  • unfortuantly no, the series finished a few years ago

  • Would definitely rate him as one of the top British comedians of all time. Original gags, comic timing, delivery ... everything is spot on. Love you Sanjeev and the whole GGM and Kumars teams.

  • love sanjeev he's awesome i luv his wife too shes my idol :D x

  • luv this kid!!!

  • hamster... He should do more comedy on TV, he's been off too long!

  • Ha Ha, This guy is F-U-N-N-Y!

And he is so natural about it!!

Cant wait till he comes to the U.S. so I can Interview him on Long Beachin with Mo.

  • Another of Sanjeev Bhaskar interviews that is really funny on youtube is

Top Gear: The Sanjeev Bhaskar Interview

    definately worth viewing

  • Hey thanks for the info, Your right its a hoot!

  • I'm glad you liked it! Hard not to I suppose because he is a funny bloke.

  • I like him because he gives the asian community a credible and intelligent role model.

  • i love sanjeev. he should be atleast top 100 ;D Did anyone else see him on bbc2 doc. travelling thru INDIA? Fantastic & funny.

  • Yeah the documentary was amazing. The book is really good too; it's hilarious and brilliantly written. I highly recommend it
