Well, in defense of cartoon logic, maybe the "accurately" isn't just in terms of location but also in terms of time. Yeah, it's one thing to target the lab. To target the lab just as they were developing a counter-measure would be more than coincidence. That might not be what they meant, of course, but it's not out of the realm of possibility.
The mayor gained a great deal of respect from me for not giving in to Dr Wily's demands for surrender. I'd certainly want him in charge of a tough situation like that.

Roll is the only female robot which looks as a real person. I like Roll. She is young, reckless and very sexy. Her red boots are enormous and her golden hair impresses me. There was a time I have thought that Roll was a human being with mechanical implants.
unless light's lab is on a fault that wouldn't of worked. Earthquake machines don't work like that... also being nonexistent counts dosen't work in it's favor either.
