I live in west virginia and have a class Q permit which gives me the ability to legally shoot a deer out of my vehicle. I applied for that permit because I have chronic ankle pain and have had five surgeries and that impedes me from walking on uneven surfaces. I follow the laws regarding that, the vehicle has to be in park and turned off and I'm required to have a person helping me. This permit the state has given me is a privilege and I respect the laws.
