Omg! I have been trying so hard to lose weight. I'm 5'8 and weigh 243lbs which is so not healthy. I want to lose 90-100lbs. I started doing your workouts about 4 weeks ago. My husband and I have been taking pictures of me to see if we notice any changes in my body. I am actually noticing changes! I actually see a difference in my body shape. @jenniferliu93 ok make sure that when you squat down your butt is pressed backward and your knees are above your ankles, don't let your knees push forward so you can't see your toes. Keep your chest up and focus forward. That will help!

@bronxbabe125 Your lower back has muscle called erectors, and we work them in this exercise, if the pain is like a slight sorness evenly in the muscles it will go away in a few days. Lower back is a part of your core, not just abs :)

Thank you sooooo much for these videos Tiffany! They are a real life saver now that the waether is too cold and wet for me to go out and run. I haven't lost much weight since I started following your schedule BUT inches have come off meaning that I must have built up some sexy muscles while having lots of fun :D Thanks again, you rock!
PS: Do we have to do the repetitions for each video when following your recommended schedule? Or is it just for when each video is used as a standalone workout?
@bichetterocks No, if you follow the schedule you do not have to do it 3 times, but you can if you want to :) You will eventually see a difference on the scale but losing inches is even better because you are toning up as well as losing body fat.
Btw, I'm eating pasta each day, rice, calories everyday. I mean, you said we should cut down on the pasta and rice, but there's nothing else to eat for dinner? Lol. And I really can't cut down on that, bcause we eat that a lot at home and I'm 15yr old and my parents will think that would be weird... :( any tip?

@princessdark19 If you do an hour you will burn from 500 to 700 calories, plus get some after burn effect from the muscle toning work. Have you seen my recommended schedule on fb, it is a good plan to follow and that way you get a balanced full body workout.

@0127happiness Hi, my workouts include, dance sculpt, calesthenics, aerobics, boxing.....everything. Don't worry about the rhythm just do the workouts and have a good time. One day it will click and you will be doing it beautifully. Rule #1 -never say I can't" you are training your brain to accept defeat. You must practice and be positive and that is when true change will occur. You do not have to do them in a row, 3 a day is great!
i will try these and tell you my progress! I hate looking down and it looks like im pragnant :( but i will lose it hopefully 30 pounds in 3-4 months !! :)
@heartzyou31 6 pounds in one week is not a realistic goal. Do it till you feel like you have mastered every workout and you wil body will follow your excellence!!

Thank you sooooo much for these videos Tiffany! They are a real life saver now that the waether is too cold and wet for me to go out and run. I haven't lost much weight since I started following your schedule BUT inches have come off meaning that I must have built up some sexy muscles while having lots of fun :D Thanks again, you rock!
PS: Do we have to do the repetitions for each video when following your recommended schedule? Or is it just for when each video is used as a standalone workout?

@bichetterocks No, if you follow the schedule you do not have to do it 3 times, but you can if you want to :) You will eventually see a difference on the scale but losing inches is even better because you are toning up as well as losing body fat.

Btw, I'm eating pasta each day, rice, calories everyday. I mean, you said we should cut down on the pasta and rice, but there's nothing else to eat for dinner? Lol. And I really can't cut down on that, bcause we eat that a lot at home and I'm 15yr old and my parents will think that would be weird... :( any tip?

@princessdark19 If you do an hour you will burn from 500 to 700 calories, plus get some after burn effect from the muscle toning work. Have you seen my recommended schedule on fb, it is a good plan to follow and that way you get a balanced full body workout.

Hi tiffany , would u desribe ur workouts as a dance routine to loose weight , if u dont have a naturual rythem u cant really do the workouts with much hip turning , is what i said kinda true and will i see results if i do 3 workouts a day but not in a row maybe 2 or 3 hours in between the 3 workouts i do a day

@0127happiness Hi, my workouts include, dance sculpt, calesthenics, aerobics, boxing.....everything. Don't worry about the rhythm just do the workouts and have a good time. One day it will click and you will be doing it beautifully. Rule #1 -never say I can't" you are training your brain to accept defeat. You must practice and be positive and that is when true change will occur. You do not have to do them in a row, 3 a day is great!
