@annelover100 that's in the manga only - when usui jumped from the roof to get the picture of him and misaki back he was bleeding all over his body. (that's also in the anime but without blood :D)

when misaki opened his shirt in this scene (manga only) she saw his scars from back then and thought back what he had done for her, etc. she also washes his back - very nice scene in the manga, the anime didn't include it >:
