In fact, i would say learning from herschel (aka the greatest running back in the history of college ball) would far outweigh any negative effects of exercising. But then again, thats just my opinion.

  • Hey Kids Jus do alot Pushups and Situps and drink plenty of juice everyday and you'll be strong :) even tho its cheesy I took this to heart as a kid and have been doin pushups and situps everyday ahahaha

No, I am NOT a vegan, but I hardly consume red meats- maybe one pound per/month or less, and NOT in one setting. Chicken and fish 2 times more than meat per month. ☼♥☼

  • @racingracing Those are all incomplete proteins. Each of those food sources has a low percentage of protein relative to its total calories. Soy is proven to actually cause weakness in men because is contains estrogen. It's also linked to prostate cancer.
