This year when she won again she did 1:53.5 but wasn't having to work too hard. Last year (the footage you have watched was when she had only been on an ergo for 4 weeks and had never been in a boat. Fortunately she is even better on the water and is already beating some adult rowers

She covered 1057m which I think is 1:53.5 splits.

She wasn't being pshed so took it quite easy, if needed she could have gone quite a bit further. I wish I could!

Wow well done Helena, how on earth you kept that going for that long is beyond me? You even kept going after the race had ended, you're supposed to stop then you know...ha. Must be in the running for 2012
