I accidentally found the drop location for one of my skulls (i think purple) and i found a blue skull too all in the same place! I found them at an abandoned building in the city. Its at the right middle side. U drop it on a burning stove and the blue skull is in a glass case. Very cool

@MrQwertysystem i don't think red skull exists, not like orange brown purple blue and green, i seen about 4 or 5 red skulls in the game, i did notice a hidden door behind a waterfall in the jungle though, its at the village where you meet butcher for the first time, can't reach it though...

@MrQwertysystem there is no red skull. the only red skulls are the quest items you need to collect for this woman in the jungle which are all located in the ghost town

@BlackOppTamama You CAN get back there... It's just rather annoying and time consuming to try and find the way through the sewers without anykind of map.

How do you get back to the supermarket after Act 2?

i cant get back to it, im on act three and i cant find the damn supermarket, ive walked in the sewers for like 30 min and still havent found it

It's 100% ok to go back to the supermarket I've just done it now and it wasn't a mission plus I was on chapter 11 just have to go the long way though the sewers again :(

You can NOT get back into the supermarket once you have progressed past that chapter. The skulls involving the supermarket and abandoned house (Moresby) must be obtained while at that location during the story, otherwise you give up the chance to snag them until the Re-play through

(Re-play allows you to keep levels/inventory, but reset the games chapters. This is allowed after you beat the game)

@sensimillatree Dude, I'm on Act III and I can still go back into the Supermarket. :P You're prolly just lost in the sewers and can't find your way back there.

@sensimillatree Unlike the drop location for Purple and pickup location for Blue which are bound to a one time quest the drop location for Green CAN be visited again.

Just enter the nearest Manhole of your choice to enter the Sewers and work your way to AND through the City Hall with another short trip through the Sewers to enter the Supermarket.

I just did it after reading your comment while already beeing in Act III.
