I found a great headband with teeth from Karina that works great and has held up really well. it's not too tight and stays in place. i bought mine from Ulta.com and it's actually on sale. thats very nice. but i trie lace fron b4 i can deal with it. 1st complaint about it is the combs diggig in my scalp. thats why i stopped buying ponytail wigs. because the comb gave me a bald spot. secondly when i did wear a lacefront it just felt like it was gonna fall off. id rather get a sewn in weave than a wig

Ateyaa, this looks great!! I used to perm all the time and started using half wigs like this one but the front of my hair started breaking off so badly. The front was short and stringy the back was long and full so I had to cut the good and bad so it can look decent. Wigs and weaves look so much better when you can blend them with your real hair but the damage made me have to start over. What are you doing to make sure that the hair you use to blend is not getting too damaged and too thin?

HA! I went through four Goody head bands, and for a minute there I was thinking I just had a big head. But now I know other people had the same problem with that head band, and it's a shame because I really like the way it holds my hair.

mine looks like that too...However, when u get regrowth...we in the UK normally can use a more kinkier lace top wig (not too afro looking). Same way apply a smoothing cream like ep to smoth down the sides and blend in... the results looks like you have had a braid out, especially if you add some sheen.. would do you justice

I don't see anything wrong with fake hair as long as it's used in moderation and is used for the right reasons. If you want to change up your look, protect/grow out your hair, or just give your hair a break that's great! The only time I think ir's bad is when there's way too much, it's worn every day of every year, and the hair underneath is poorly taken care of. Also when you feel like you just have to hae it or you're trying to please someone else. That's when it is bad.
