Many moves have a secondary effect, a "Percent chance to ____ happen." and its almost always 10%, a few cases 20 or 30 but not much. So I just call it hax.

No! Common misconception.

In Red version, Prof. Oak tells you that because in theory: by leveling up with candy, you don't gain EVs by fighting pokemon, thus making you weaker.

Its not the candy, its the not-gaining EVs. If you already HAVE the EVs however, then no difference.

if you already have the EVs AND levelled up manually yeah. If you have the EVs but just rare candy is still doesnt give you the boosted stats. its only safe to rare candy after youve levelled up a few levels to use the gained EVs...i think =S

Nope. EVs are calculated (except for vitamins) by Level Up, the way you Level up doesn't matter. You also could EV-Train it and do it in the Day-Care. It just needs to Level Up. I tested it with a Level100 EV-trainend RareCandy Poke and it had the same stats in Wifi. Proofed xD

Kinda yeah. Both players use random pokemon so it's not a built team and sometimes you get really bad dudes, so it's fun in a way you don't know what to do, or what to expect. And you get to see a lot of new stuff. Plus, any seriousness is gone, so you can just have fun.

Cresselia isn't uber for one reason. It can't pull off any damage, since its offensive stats suck. That's is not what it's meant for, but keeps it in the OU tier. It's been "officially" confirmed that Cress isn't an uber.

And there are loads of guys (And chix, O.o) who claim that an uber is a Poké with over 600 total base stats. But hell, is Chomp an uber? Not to mention Pokés like T-tar and Mence.

Cresselia gets owned by Pursuit. Cresselia can't do much in a sandstorm. Cresselia can't outstall a lot of other walls. Making Cresselia uber would overpower dragons and fighters.

The only chance of Cresselia becoming uber is if TTar is made uber. Cresselia would lose its major counter and would be able to gain more health with Moonlight.

CMCune vs CMCress, how does that ever end exactly? Or it'll just switch like any other poke if it's threatened. Shocker! It can come in on CSHera depending on the move it's stuck on, and who knows what move you use if you come in and if he counter predicts the switch or not....it'll still take a Megahorn anyway.

SD'd Absol with Night Slash and Life Orb vs. Max HP + Def Cresselia:

394 attack vs 372 defense, 70 power(*2 *2 *1.5 *1.3), 444 max HP: 95.5% - 112.39%
