Awesome! I remember a few years ago, our 4x4 team was 3rd place the whole race, and at the very end our anchor went into serious beast mode and flew around the track catching 2nd place and barely poking in front of the leader at the very end to win the regional meet for us and get us to state. :)
4x4 is the best race!

I wouldn't use the word dominate. They had 3 times as many athletes as Bethel and Bethel only lost by 55 pts, the closest any team has been in awhile.

KCAC Conference Track Championship -- May 2, 2009
Two things to listen for:
1. At the 3:00 mark, listen to what the announcer says over the loud speaker.
2. Listen to my dad during the last 100 meters and just after the race. Priceless!
