  • Come on, give the BEATLES some credit guys. Nice cover, but the original just has no comparison, it is a mirror to the soul.

  • what scene is this song in? i wanna say its the scene in which she fights the three guys in the snow....could be wrong though. maybe i should just rewatch

  • This movie is intense...love it

  • Does anybody knows that this is a cover of the Beatles D: ?

  • @puchu96 yes...? who doesn't?

  • listen to the original beatle verson much better

  • Best song from the OST. She rules.

  • regardless of the titty girly aspect, it is a masterful movie/story. i hope we see more of this overthetop kind of production. i have the dvd bluray/soundtrack and am working on the 5 gentle giant 1/4 scale figurines.;im 50 now and appreciate the power behind thestory. :)

  • I am actually (sad enough) emotionally attached to this movie.. It's weird. Every time I watch it I feel as if i have a connection with the characters. The music also makes it a lot better.. This is far by my favourite film so far. That's competing with Alien and other classics. Oh and I'm also a boy. :/

  • @jordanbarrett2168 Agree Completely. And i did not understood why you said that "I'm a boy" because i think boys have the right to like movies don't they?

  • @MrRicarium True true. I honestly don't know why i put that. :) But still, brilliant movie.

  • @jordanbarrett2168 It is indeed. I watch it about once or twice a month. xD

  • @jordanbarrett2168 Highfive!

  • And some people prefer Alice in Wonderland from Tim Burton. TRAHS!! Sucker Punch was a better "version" or "re-imagination" of the story than the Tim Burton's shit!.

  • Why can't I stop listening to this song?!

  • ´´Turn off your mind relax and flow downstream it isn´t dying,it isn´t dying!!´´

´´lay down a thought surrender to the floor it is shining!!´´

    my favorite parts.

  • you can´t expect to compreend the storyline the first time, musics like these made the movie moore euphoric, depper, misterious, road trippin, connecting U moore and moore to the characters and they´re reality, this song is the best esence of the movie

  • btw this song is fckin beast

  • i know this is irrelevant and whatnot but this sopa thing is really beginning to piss me off i mean i dont want sites like this or Facebook or anything to be shut down i mean who gives a shit about copyright unless its stuff like pirate bay where you torrent games and stop game companies making money. thumbs up so every one can see this comment. IM PRETTY SURE PEOPLE DONT WANT SITES LIKE THIS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

  • I LOVE THE SONG!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Just wondering how many people got all the different pop culture references made in the movie?

In my eyes it was part of what made it soo brilliant.

  • @CanWeHaveFunNow What were they ??

  • this song fitted with the action of the scene but it made me really sad when rocket died i almost cried she was one of my favorites and blondie is such a dog. they could have all survived but noo

  • This and white rabbit, Oh My Goodness. I was stoned out of my mind listening to it. I was in a euphoria of wonderful music, beatiful girls, and a kick/trippy ass movie. Those to songs made the movie for me

  • This movie had fairly good parts, but the rest of it was rather crappy. I liked its vivid imagination, and a few of the fight scenes were good, the plot was okay-ish but kinda hard to follow. I think it was very open to interpretation, and while in some films that is great, it didn't suit this one. See, I thought that when she danced while in the dream world, she was really having sex with the employees of the institution, and she transpired into those dream adventures to escape from her shame?

  • @SomeBlokeLol Which would explain why she envisioned the institution as a brothel or "den of sin" in which to perform those acts. She would instead imagine a world where she was empowered, where her possibilities were endless, yet at the same time her current degrading situation was reflected in her "baseline dreamworld" of the brothel. I don't know if that made sense; it's all quite psychological. Actually, earlier I said it was crappy, I'm not so sure now that I think about it. 6/10.

  • AMAZING!!!

  •

  • by by rocket

  • RIP Rocket <3

  • excellent song !

  • amo sta cancion q buena voz de carla como anillo al dedo muy buena mas bien diria perfecta..............

  • q hermosa cancion llore muchoooooooooooooooo cuando murio

    rocket.......

    abu.....

  • Could someone tell me what's the song about? I think it's about suicide, but I'm not sure.

  • @Fotografaguay As far as I've looked into it (which is briefly), it's about tripping acid. No really. :D Lennon apparently wrote it on LSD, having read and followed the instructions on some handbook on psychedelic experiences. It's said that the "ego death" or "Nirvana" one experiences on drugs feels somehow similar to really dying.

  • @s0erd Thanks.

  • @s0erd lol. Yup its definitely about acid. I can say that for a fact.

  • muito bom!!!

  • a cover is the ultimate form of appreciation...

  • Amazing movie

  • Minus the gay guitar close to the end this is a good track. I sorta think John Lennon would had liked it, though it's not for me to say. I did actually enjoy this film, definitely a cinema film wouldn't bother watching it at home.

  • I wonder how many people may know that who wrote this song at all. This movie sucks! Only the OST and the CGI saved this shit. Oh, and by the way the answer is: John Lennon! Just to know it

  • @Olyvia277 FYI: the people commenting know a hell of a lot more about the movie than you do, you're the one who's not quite with it. everyone in the WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD already knew who wrote this song, arrogant prick. you need to do some serious research on monarch mind control. when you actually KNOW what the movie is about, THEN you can come tell everyone how bad the movie is. but since it's painfully obvious you don't, your opinion doesn't mean shit.

  • @shcnoozlebop Haha, funny response style :D Actually I saw it in the cinema on the premier and do you know what?? If you want a sci-fi with a brilliant conception then watch Christopher Nolan's Inception. IMDb can tell you too :) But just to quote from a great man: 'It doesn't matter about people not liking what we say...We've all got our rights, you know.'

  • Me encanta esta rola !!! :D

  • This was a significantly better cover than I thought it would be. I really like this.

  • *** SPOILER ***

Did you noticed that the whole story was Sweet Pea's dream (or memories). It was her story - how Baby Doll had saved her.

Another thing: Babydoll was raped every time in real world by Blue, when she had danced in the bordello :(

It's a fantastic film, but very few see the depth in it.

  • @kaktusztea every comment i've ever seen saying the movie sucks the person who wrote it seems to miss about 90% of the story lol it was all about monarch mind control, they took girls from fathers who had molested them because the worst thing that can happen to a girl is the betrayal of her father. they repeated the same trauma, using music and telling them to dissasociate further back into their heads to escape the pain. it was a mind-control experiment that actually went on in the 50's-60's.

  • @kaktusztea you are wrong. Baby-doll was not raped. It was roll playing as Dr. Gorsky teaches them.

  • @kaktusztea if you want to read a well-written analisys of the movie then go to worddoodling.wordpress. and read ``why sucker punch is smarter then you think`` in the comment section you can find links to other well written analisys.

  • @Hacker73 Its a fucking film...

  • Haters gonna always be hating but this movie was really beautiful. And u cnt argue wit the soundtrack... Well haters can i guess.

  • The movie is really bad, but the OST is wonderfull!

This song remember me another song by Goldfrapp.

  • Comment removed

  • @DanCossio Shame on you!!! I agree the OST is fantastic, but the movie was extraordinary!!!! The soundtrack IS the movie. You have to like it.

  • @MiaCathleen Thanks.

I want to see theri again, but like a musical, with choreographed action sequences and fantasy rather than dancing.

  • great film!!!!!

  • das movie ist hasslich das musik ist gut ;)

  • This was more of a soundtrack with a movie, rather then the other way round.

  • BAD FILM U RETARDS?geez you IQ 35 muthafukas, its my favourite movie...lol,youre bad n ugly as fuck lol,my Babydoll will kick yo ass lol

  • It might be a bad film but at least its tolerable characters, interesting sets, and epic music helps find some fans and some other people to appreciate it

  • This song was great in The Craft too

  • Sucker Punch isn't a great movie but the music over powers it, not a bad thing...

  • Am I the only man who likes the movie?

  • @7Meridian7 No you're not. This is the type of movie that will get more respect twenty years from now. Kinda like Warriors, or Dune. It's not bad, just ahead of it's time.

  • @7Meridian7 no, i thought it was pretty good.. def. not for stupid people who can't keep up with the story.

  • @7Meridian7 You're not the only one. I thought it was great. I thought the movie was a lot deeper then people give it credit.

  • @7Meridian7 my bf really liked it...but its an empowering film for the girls...

  • @gothbabe4000 it's not about the empowerment of women. it's 180 degrees opposite.

  • This song is magical ^___^ I love listening to it when I have to enter into a new world...especially when I'm studying for a test or something, lol

  • i do not approve this... ¬¬

  • Strange Beatle´s Cover... the original song made in "Revolver" Beatles Album from 1966, the drums is the same...

  • there should be a Instrumental to this song

  • baby doll is really hot. just saying.

  • I desired nothing more than an epic final battle like every other typical movie. But this movie gives you something else...something more. It shows and implements true strength in life without the sword and the guns. Which is why I felt this movie was such a work of art.

  • @Lovelesssoul1993 the swords and the guns represented their emotional and mental strength, hence the "imaginary world"

  • This movie is....eh. I love the fantasy scenes and the music that accompanies them. I think THAT is what the movie should have been about. The asylum and whorehouse thing just...confuses me. I thought they were the same but apparently they aren't? Ah well. I can just sit back and enjoy this song.

  • @botOxymoron "You can make the world what ever you want it to be" or something of that matter lol, thats why the insane institute thingy turned into a whore house :] she changed it

  • Must...resist....urge...to gun down robotic gunmen...

  • the film is amazing, the soundrack is amazing. just shut that fucking mouth.

  • This song? Amazing. This movie? Terrible.

  • @missochenta ????? bad taste of art!!!!

  • I couldn't understand the movie

  • idk about u guys but i like this and the original version

  • The only cover of my favorite Beatles song that isn't complete shit.

This movie has one of the dopest soundtracks.

  • R.I.P. Rocket - The Chick with the Balls of Steel

  • Anyone else think this fit the movie perfectly? Excellent job. And on that note, soundtrack covers and remixes aren't really about making everything a perfect cover and whatnot, it's about what fits the movie best. And the soundtrack here really does the movie justice.

  • i♥suckerpunch

  • Does. Not. Do. Justice. Good cover I suppose but the beatles original of this song is unrepeatable chaotic perfection.

  • Owe this song to The Beatles

  • am i the only one who wants this to play when i die?

  • This song moves my soul. So powerful. I lack the words to express how good this song is.

  • wat part of Vermont does this movie take place in?

  • Cool Song

  • ahhhhhhhhhhh this song and movie are the best

  • The one movie that could make me completely rethink my life and future while giving me a boner at the same time.

  • My favorite Beatles song of all time!

  • This song reminds me of Goldfrapp for some reason

  • @Dannysayit86 Omgosh...I thought the EXACT same thing xD

  • i wish they had a freaking awesome reaction to youtube.

  • I wish Amber had the guts to stab the cook before he had a chance to kill Rocket :(

  • @sexyvampiress23 THANK U! EXACTLY WHAT I SAID! i was like " PICK UP THE KNIFE U SLUTBAG!!!!" shes good in machines but other than that oh nd looks but nothing else(in the movie) nd shes hot as hell.

  • This movie makes me stronger.

  • Rocket ROCKS!

  • I love that movie, So sadd :((

  • Like this if you've downloaded some or all of the OSTs of Sucker Punch bcz you LOVE Sucker punch. XD

  • I was soooo awed when this song played along with the footage of the modern city, especially on the big screen and when the theatre was so cold. It just felt so epic *_*

  • [ ROCKET &'d BABYDOLL ] SHOULD HAVE ESCAPED !!!! FCK SWEETPEA , AMBER &'d HORRIBLE ACTOR BLONDIE -_- HAHA THEY WERE JUS DUMASS EXTRAS . SHYT EVEN THE TEACHER SHOULD HAVE MADE IT TOO ! . GREAT STORY &'d MUSIC BT THE ENDING SUCKED!!!!!!!!

  • RIP everyone who died in sucker punch

  • you always see "RIP ROCKET" but you never see RIP AMBER or RIP BLONDIE why?, is it because they just werent favorites or because they were viewed as weak in certain aspects, or maybe ya'll just forgot they died, as for bby, i dont know what to say, "sorry bout the needle in the head"?

  • @MrRearl Hahaha I like that. and it's a zach snyder movie, not gonna be a franchise or anything, so It wouldn't be like 3 movies and *SHOCK!!!* Rocket is DED NONONONONONONONONONO!!!!!!!!!! seriously.

  • @MrRearl Um, people are saying "RIP Rocket" to THIS song because she dies during the train sequence, which is when this song plays. Everyone else wasn't lucky enough to die to an awesome song.

  • @IndecisiveRattle listen bro-ham if you think thats why then you obviously only read part of the comment, go to any other song and you'll find at least one RIP ROCKET

  • I love you Baby Doll

  • this movie kicked ass it is a great movie

  • This one was like "Last Action Hero," the soundtrack far exceeded the movie.

  • EEEEPPPP cant wait till this is on DVD

  • @Flav0urEDwaTeR umm its already on dvd

  • Didn't care for the movie, but some of the songs on the soundtrack, including this one, are flat out awesome.

  • I absolutely love the beatles, and 'tomorrow never knows' is among my favourite songs. Whilst I prefer the original I have to admit they did it justice.

  • SHE SUCKS BEATLES RULE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @davchrism Man this version sucks, i totally prefer the Beatles version

  • @MostlyghOstly661 thank you

  • best soundtrack of this gorgeous movie. How can anyone badly criticise this movie with such great soundtrakcs!?

  • awewome movie and soundtracks

  • R.I.P. Rocket.

  • the ending was a real storyline killer, and so i will never watch the ending AGAIN!

  • Great movie for those who only want to enjoy, not learn a life lesson or go through a full spiritual experiment like one of the epic movies. I'm looking for a full version of this song, not the one from the scene itself. Anybody knows where to find it if it exists ??

  • @ashlabelle I think this is the full version. My soundtrack has it at 7mins 35secs long

  • love the movie, love the soundtrack this movie is perfect love it ^^
