It's "Where Will You Go" by Evanescence. I know there's another version of it that's more "rock-and-roll"-y, but I'm pretty sure that one's called "Where Will You Go (reprise)". I think this one comes from the CD "Origin".... I'm not entirely possitive on that though, because a friend gave me this copy.

Davy Jones is dead, killed by a small dagger that was used to stab his rogue heart in the third installment of the movie. Technically, Jack Sparrow is responsible since he unlocked the chest but Dave stabbed Will. Jack had no choice but to give teh dagger to his friend and save his life. His last words were "Ca... lypso..." before he fell into the maelstrom.
