This sketch was the final straw from Dave. He watched this skit with some white people who were laughing uncontrollably. Also, Chris Rock retired the Black v Nigger stand up because white people started saying they hated Niggers in front of him.
the thing about this sketch is that it's so blatently prejudice which is what makes it funny. And it pokes fun at stereotypical black people from the early 1900s, in a way of black people interpreting the 'white' person's perspective. Similarly when the minstrell guy calls him names; it's him talking like a white master would to his slave. So I wouldn't call this sketch racist, it's actually thought provoking in a funny way.
