I love the idea of using YouTube for real estate! Wow, a condo for $28,000? Sounds like a very good deal on a lot of sunshine, which sounds good with 5" of snow outside my door. And did I see a pool being put in? By the way, the view of the Montessori school and the school bus brought a homey quality to the video, gave me a warm emotion. Nice job, Kara!

That condo in Mesa Arizona for sale does not look old in the video and must be significantly less than new construction.

That area is right up the road from tons of great shopping, the freeway and not far from the nightlife of Tempe and ASU. Cool!

@vevstad 2 bed 1.5 bath, 1000 sq ft. Price depends on location, age and condition of the unit. But comparable to more in the area
