  • I don't see what the big deal is, it's just some harmless space dancin DER!

  • I LOVE Princess Ardala!!! She was stunning!

  • Jean Michel Jarre at the Piano...lol

  • Sort of a cross between the minuet and para para.

  • You laugh now, but by 2014 we will all be doing this. :)

Seriously, is this any more silly than half the dance crazes that have been out there? Would it really look any worse if they were all Vogueing?

  • That song is totally awesome

  • Reminds me of Ageispolis by Aphex Twin... LOL I loved this show as a kid,

Col. Deering was my fantasy woman BIDDYBIDDYBIDDY >_<

  • sqared dancing, if the govt approves art, then it's the local prefects who approve of this sort of wholesome "fun". ye verily...

  • HEY THANKS FOR POSTING. WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO UPLOAD THE ENTIRE SCENE?

  • Well, if music continues to go down the tubes, I guess dancing will be next.

  • Buck Rogers is cool as hell! I love Jesus.

  • @ApostlesoYahwehUnite HUGE GASSY CAT TURD.

  • @ApostlesoYahwehUnite i wanna fuck buck in his ass. wanna join me. lots of leather

  • Does anyone remember the episode in which they were dancing with the colorful, illuminated, sparkling electro-lasso/jump rope type things? They did it on both Buck Rogers and Star Trek.

  • @YFLOInternational Nevermind, I just found it. In case someone else from Generation X is/was wondering the same thing, it's the "Andromeda! Groovy electro rock from the 25th century" video posted by ultrasissi. The last time I saw this was between 1979 and 1981. I was between the ages of 4 and 6. Word.

  • @YFLOInternational I think they did that on Battlestar Galactica too.

  • take this pill hahah

  • Very good electro track. Many years ago I watched this scene on VHS hundred times just for this music :) And it is still good today.

  • all these would happen if a WW3 was taken place in 1970's

  • Not 'Twiggie', his name is Tweakie.

  • @wraithneon Sorry if this double posts...but it is "Twiki".

  • future people don't dance, and certianly not disco. they look and sound like an deflated, ungaited and emasculated Lex Luthor.

  • Retrofuturism is the best. Check out that golden horned temptress, id use the robot bell end head to give her one.

  • ROOFIES!

  • They never thought about VST plug ins.

  • I really, really want to see what happens next...

I mean, we all know that he's going to take more than one of those pills...

  • I want to learn that dance, now where to find a crystal orb. lol

  • Twiggie seems a lot more 'chill' in this episode. Then they made him more of a spaz in later episodes.

  • @daweller I always thought his head looked like a glans penis.

  • @daweller Actually Twiki just stands there. IT's Dr Thea who is hanging around Twiki's neck that is doing the talking. Twiki only says bedebede at the end.

  • It's funny that beat was kinda hot on some flying lotus shit!!! Lmao I think I'll loop it fir my next track

  • cool music!

  • make a planet funk beat out of that

  • thats hardcore

  • Nevermind the dancing... def sample that riddim!!! Yoink! =oD Hey btw, when I was a kid watching Buck Rogers I vaguely remember another dance scene, more like a future disko tech, and everybody was dancing with a string of lights? Anyone know the scene? May not have been buck Rogers though...

  • @DJAnthonyJacobs Yeah it was Buck Rogers damned if I can remember which episode though

  • buck stole that uniform from squall lionheart! lol

  • Hoakie classic television never was so much fun.

  • as long as the royalty we've got don't wear bikinis now...LOL!

    coraclewoman

  • what episode is this from? every version of this video online is some attempt at a clever dub. I want to hear the original ep.

  • It's from the first story, "Awakening".

  • "Future dancing" looks a lot like morris dancing.

  • Why does Twiki's head look like a metal penis?

  • Holy crap! I grew up with this show and never noticed that until...NOW. LOL!!

  • 1st Annual Galaxy Dance, Princess Andromeda & Buck Rodgers. Princess A was trying to attract Buck as a potential suitor to her puppet throne; Princess A knew The Lt was already attracted to him. The Gorgeous Lt was in denial which left the door wide open for Princess A. Buck, a man from the past that arrived on the scene as a lost space traveler caught in time just wanted to enjoy his long overdue vacation but wound up in a constant struggle to save humanity from imminent danger & extinction.

  • space age mack

  • Twikky always reminded me of a penis. His head...mostly.

  • Twikky - Son of Daft Punk

  • Why are they wearing this old-fashioned unfiforms in the future! I dont understand that!

  • It's called tradition :D

  • it's apparently a retro trend in the future

  • Wow really cool!!

  • Hey robot go score me some weed quickly

  • Wow. The choreography is, well, cheezey.

  • Why do I remember this scene so clearly? I haven't seen this episode since I was very young.

  • because you have brains like a tank

  • TWIKI...AKA Ol' penis head

  • Ladies and Gentleman, the official ballroom dance of Epcot Center!

  • That track has aged pretty well over the years..so ahead of its time.

  • Accodrding to composer Stu Phillips. This track is called "Jelly Belly".

I have an alternate take of this song in my vaults. It was a very special gift by Mr. Phillips
