Britain is going down the road of economic fascism. And people denied truth of our world by the "news".

Having worked for 20 years in a large hospital's Emergency Room I've seen death "up close" on far too many occasions.However,my hospital didn't have a pediatrics department because there was a large pediatric hospital right next door to us.I'm thankful for our lack of a pediatrics department because as difficult as it is to watch an 80 year old die I simply can't imagine watching a 6 year old die.And losing my *own* 6 year old? I'd probably jump off a bridge in grief.

No matter what you think about the man, and I am a Tory and proud to be, it is heartbreaking for anyone to imagine losing a child, and I was glad to see union across the parties in sympathy for David and his family. Both Nick and Gordon went up in my estimation for their support. Rest in peace, Ivan, wherever you are.
