something you might want to do is actually combine cinnamon AND sugar together before you put it on the chip. that way the cinnamon and sugar is uniform in both look and flavor.

A little tip for next time, try an use a ceramic bowl, not plastic and a metal spoon, it will stop the apple being so hard to miz an like going everywhere :P

hey! i made this today, and i thought i should lt you know when i was about to peel my apples, my dad stopped me, (hes a doctor) he said that there are vitamins and things in the peels that prevent cancer and other diseases. just thought i'd let you know, cause its a bit better. plus, if you're worried about the peel being gross or whatever , its not! i made the tortilla chips for myself and my 14 year old step daughter. we love them. today though on mine i put just butter and shredded parmesan cheese. it was soo good! i love ur cooking videos because they are simple and easy to do. my stepdaughter loves helping me also.
