@keithypops you alll possibly know this but Chile, Japan, Fiji, New Zealand all fell victim to large, devastating earthquakes, and you will notice there is a 188/189 day pattern between each mega quake. These quakes are due to the Earth's axis shifting , and the upcoming date for the next mega quake is March 22, 2012. The United States could very well be next.

@nefilhim I suggest you take a high school level class on how earthquakes happen. HAARP very well may be dangerous to the environment, I honestly don't know, but I know it's not causing earthquakes. That area of the world has 3 major tectonic plates colliding, and major earthquakes are not uncommon there. There is a long history of devastiting earthquakes in that region, long before HAARP was even envisioned.

The things mentioned in the document (second result) were quite shocking to me. However, there is no mention of earthquakes and making stuff up like the earth's frequency and the resonance of tectonic plates is only hurting your own case because people will just dismiss it as conspirary nonsense. @nefilhim I suggest you take a high school level class on how earthquakes happen. HAARP very well may be dangerous to the environment, I honestly don't know, but I know it's not causing earthquakes. That area of the world has 3 major tectonic plates colliding, and major earthquakes are not uncommon there. There is a long history of devastiting earthquakes in that region, long before HAARP was even envisioned.

@IahProphet Building damage is directly related to the untold billions spent in Japan on earthquake resistant buildings. Their building codes are by far the strictest in the world, and it's because of this that they are. Massive quakes are well known there.
Japans government issued a tsunami warning 3 mins after the quake, and NOAA issued theirs 9 mins after quake.
HAARP is dangerous because it punches holes in the atmosphere allowing more cosmc radiation in.

@Landrar I'm not saying either way on the HAARP debate, but I do know from when I used to study geography that the technology for causing earthquakes exist. In America they use it along the San Andreas faultline to create systematic tremors that ease the tension against the plates. It was also stated that it was intially created by the US Navy R&D dept. Not to jump to any conclusions, but it does make me wonder what capabilities this tech has especially in the hands of the military.

@recoil88 I would like a credible source that says they use machines to releive stress on the San Andreas. I know the technology exists, but I also know that they wouldn't use it because of tge potential to cause massive quakes elsewhere.
But lets assume, for on minute, HAARP can cause devistating earthquakes, why would we point it at our 4th largest trading partner, and one of our largest financers? Why would we not use it on countries we are having issues with?

Destroying Japan does not benefit anyone in the US. They are our 4th largest trade partner, and hurting them hurts everyone in this country.
We are also not at war with Japan, nor do we have any hostility between our nations. There is no logic in the ascertation that we attacked them with any weapon, when there are plenty of countries that would serve much better.
