One thing I remember fondly about Bret and Shawn wrestling in 1992 during the TV tapings is that they were having their best matches at the Wrestling Challenge and Prime Time Wrestling TV tapings in the dark matches. The Superstars of Wrestling dark matches were *** compared to the Wrestling Challenge tapings dark matches which were like ****. Most of the really good dark matches during the 80s and early 90s took place at the Wrestling Challenge tapings as opposed to the Superstar tapings.
i never knew how many times shawn actually did put bret over in this period of time he even gave up to the sharpshooter i cant recall shawn submiting to any other submission move. bret was nearing 40 and vince wanted shawn to take over the number 1 spot which happened in the 1996 irom man match but when bret came back well we all know what happened. its good to see that bret, shawn and vince have made up and put it in the past was big of bret to forgive and forget. 2 of the all time best
Michaels jobbed to Bret so many times from 1992-1994. He put Bret over in the main event for the title at Survivor Series 1992, lost to him in a cage match and ladder match on prime time wrestling and other TV tapings, lost to him here and other times for Coliseum video, and lost to him at house shows. That's why Shawn felt he didn't owe Bret anything. Vince was trying to make HBK the top guy, and it wouldn't make sense for HBK to job to Bret after he went over him.
@theShowStopper321 Lost to him on other Prime Time Tapings? Those were dark matches son taped for Coliseum Video. They didn't show those matches on Prime Time Wrestling, but yeah you've got a point. Michaels didn't mind jobbing for Bret Hart back in 1992, because as a singles star he was still paying his dues and carving out his lil niche in the WWF. Back in 1992 Shawn and Bret were friends, everything was cool. He realized that Bret was paving the way for the smaller guys

@kevoross99 I agree. You can't hold grudges especially when you grow older in life. It's childish.
