FYI.. the chana dal u've used here isnt called chick pea .. chick pea is the the chholey ka chana.. good recipe .. not the one i was looking for though..
I guess you weren't trying to make a fast video, but I think it works at this speed. There's no reason why cooking shows shouldn't be double speed; you still get all the information. So I think you're on to something here.
