@NunsuchRomance we're no longer under levitical law, but as far as the laws regarding morality, we are still expected to live righteous. Of course under the new covenant we are free from the law but we still have to live righteous. Homosexuality is still condemned in the new testament, Romans chapter 1 is a good start. It is spiritual bondage and it has to be repented of. God loves us no matter what sins we are in bondage to, he will deliver us if we seek it.

Being gay is not a sin, its a feeling. Having sex or thoughts of sex is a sin. You can give your live to Christ and let the holy spirit be your guide when you are gay. And believe me, its very hard knowing that you will never have a spouse. But with Jesus by my side, the holy spirit on my back, and God to my front there is a way. You don't change being gay to straight, by giving your live to Jesus. I believe its just an other test of live.
