ron paul is a career politician using a "change" ticket (heard that before?). you think he will be "entertaining" and that you "trust him" (based on his rhetoric). @White14Man California is an open primary state, but for presidential races, you have to register republican to vote in the republican primary.

The registration deadline is may 21, the primary is on June 5th. You can generally get registration cards at the post office.
