My name is Ferdilina, my home is assessed much, much more higher than it is really worth. I am also having difficulty catching up with my mortgage, I tried to make a modification loan with them but the last time I called the bank said they can not do a loan modification with me. Yes you can lower your property tax for land, condo, townhome, mobile home w/land, single family residence, and commercial property. Anything that you pay the county tax collector for a property tax can be reduced.
