Actually, sizzlepuss7, if you paid any attention to the video at all or the case itself, you would see that at 0:07, you can hear the woman from Code Pink specifically tell the officer (as she's getting in his face) "Fucker, do it again!". That's when he takes action. The courts agreed and found that the woman provoked the officer intentionally and therefore the police were not at fault. The woman also no injuries, not even a bruise. She clearly was not knocked unconscious. The cops were right.
