@LordEli If you have the original game disc, put it in your computer and iTunes will import all the audio tracks. :3 I just found that out. I wanted the character select music, so I tried it and it works. :D

Yah only In Japan

Yes: Plasma Sword for Dreamcast. It came out both in the U.S and Japan (E.U as well). Its a decent game for Dreamcast, and worth a buy if you have a dreamcast.

There were talks of SG/PS to be put on PS2, but I think those talks fell through (along with talks of Power Stone being on PS2). The graphics probably would have been a lot smoother...

There is/was/is about to be a petition for a Plasma Sword/Star Gladiator 3 for PS3/Xbox 360. I would love to see Star Gladiator put on another system.

That, and Rival Schools (similar case: Rival Schools was on PS1, Rival Schools 2[Project Justice] came out on Dreamcast. Wierd, huh?)

They didn't go backwards lol Dreamcast was the same generation as PS2, Xbox and Gamecube. It just doesn't seem like it because it didn't last long. Sega Saturn was the same generation as PS1 and N64, though...
