ah Bette, she was so great. She could be quite brutal with her humour. Loved the end of this clip when she says what I was already thinking after mentioning Prince Bernhard, "i guess you are all scared shitless about what i am going to say about him".....She shows real Class "I never kick em when they are down"......priceless! Thank you. No matter the quality.......wish I could see the whole show. The Dutch Audience was wonderful.

Ohhhhhhhh...this is wonderful. It reminds me of the film they released about 1980 with excerpts of several concerts in the usa. This reminds me of one, I recognise the costume. Love how she gets into the Dutch mindset. She was the last of the red hot mammas. There was Sophie Tucker, Ethel Merman and Bette Midler, c'est tout!
