@arniisplaying school uniform for jin and ling are obtained by playing with them 50 times in the versus mode. You may change the number of rounds to 1 in the options and energy to 70% before starting every match so that you can complete 50 matches very soon. after that press start to select jin or ling for their school uniform. Law has a default 3rd outfit you can select him with start to see how it works.

i hate ogre, when he plays right I cant see his hands, cause of his child, i dont understand how people can play tekken 6 with all those custom coats the chars were, its so a big advantage if you cannot see the arms

it's df+3+4 N~DF BT but you can also hold buttons as you wrote

maybe it's rare, it's included in tekkenzaibatsu movelist ;)
