this looks like it's alot he's doing, but this isn't so hard... it helps if you are flexible and practice alot... some people, like me (and al, for that matter) are just 'lucky' to be born with hyperlaxity... he's not forcing anything, hell besides the jugling, i can do the same... but none the less, very funny to watch someone else do it this time :P
