This is why filipinos are critized for NOT having originality whatsoever when it comes to music. Don't get me wrong, filipinos can sing, but there's a big difference when composing an original score than remixing and twisting somebody else's hardwork and talent. Jaci Velasquez is the original singer(maybe not the composer) and Martin is just taking the credits for himself. Not to mention even asking to borrow the copyrights. Jaci's lyrics, talent and singing cannot be duplicated, hands down!

NO, Jaci its not the original singer for this song, composed by Rudy Perez and MPortmann. On june of 2000 Luis Fonsi released his album Eterno featuring the Spanish and English version of this song, he made the Spanish version a hit on Latam. On September of the same year Velazquez released her album Crystal clear on the American market with her version of this song briefly modified cause its dedicated to God. So all than BS you said it's wrong, well you're right that Jaci it's the best
