@simpson236 even though this is probably very late, there is a place on planet orxon, were you can buy some special drink that boosts racthets nanotech, they are fairly expensive i seem to remember. Unfortunatley i cannot tell you anything else because i havent played this game in ages.

When i beat this game i made enough money to buy the RYNO. It basically made the battle less than 30 seconds long.

Then my asshole of a brother deleted my saved game and i tried to re-do everything(including buying the RYNO again) but then going commando came out. haha

if anyone is having rouble with this boss, i suggest you just buy the RYNO

it requires patience but its worth it

Just played through this game a long time after I first bought it. It is still probably one of the best games I've ever played.

I ended up using the golden suck cannon to beat this guy, it's not very difficult, but it takes a while.

What do you people mean when you say this guy was easy? Sure maybe after you get gold weapons, but the first time around this guy was insane, mainly because I ran low on ammo so fast, and didn't have enough bolts to buy more. I beat this guy barely by luck I think

He's fairly easy to defeat. I beat him in my walkthrough with the Golden Blaster and the Devastator. I suggest having tons of bolts so you can purchase more ammo when needed. I didn't have enough at the time, so I had to wait for him to blow up the crates with his nukes.

And you don't really need the eight lives like some people suggest. I had them, but I still would have survived if I was trying to play skillfully.

for more bolts use the morf u ray and then use the suck canon on the chickens

i just shoot him in that glowing orange part with the FLUX RIFLE at the highest level possible.

and if you find the part where u stop the timer and he chaces you with the glowing red ring around him hard to dodge theres a grind rail arround the very outside of the arena it helps dodge many of his attacks hope this helps :)

also if you dont know how to get 5 or 8 nantotech (health) on the planet orxon as ratchet once you have the 02 mask its at this like vendor thing

Sure! Go on the hoverboard race on Kalebo III. Then find a position where you can collectbolts and die and collect them again. Then tabe your controller so this keeps happening. Then just leave for around an hour and WHAMMO you're minted. Or you could do what i did. Get an action replay Max and get infinite bolts.LOL.

after you complete the game go back in time to the begining of the game and on the second planet...wateva its called ull see a teleport thing near ship pad use it and theres like a golden weapons shop you need like 3 gold bolts and about 2x the cash you pay for the normal version to upgrade

A good question Sasukefan34! I recorded this video around three years ago on VHS. I don`t really remember if I`ve tried to beat him with another weapon than the R.Y.N.O. I think I never tried it...
