Dose anybody know if it's safe to delete .txt files off my pc. I'm asking because I have a total of 2gb .txt files and that would free up alot of space on my pc but I don't know if it's safe to do so and I can't find anywhere online if it's safe to do so.
@MILMAG1 Data has to be in a tagged format, with a matching EndNote filter, to be able to import it. If it is not in a tagged format, you cannot build a filter to import it, and text files not from databases are very unlikely to be in a tagged format. You may be able to capture part of the data using the Capture button on the EndNote Web toolbar, but that requires installing the EndNote Web plug-in for IE or Firefox (Windows or Mac).
