WOW I recognized old shipmates SR White (whom I served with in VP-1) and the FE looking at the camera who was an am I think, I was in VP-40 89-92, best squadron was in. Worked P-3's in civilian life..but now on helo's. ---AD1 (AW) Retired (LAGING HANDA)

Those were good times.... Just got back from the Middle East with the Marlins. Work hard play hard, thats how we do. Setting the standards! Miss those guys in the video!

I came into 40 just after they got back from that deployment. There are alot of different people...we just got back from our last one too! Woo! Go Navy!

Wow, great video of those Fighting Marlins! Former aircrew and Squadron Manintenance Chief of VP-40. Had the honor of bringing in to service those beautiful Update IIIs and serving with some of the Navy's best. Still proud of all of you serving now and in the past. Thanks to all of you Marlins. Glad to know VP-40 is still the best My tour ('51-'54) was our first deployment (to Iwakuni). Couple

Great video!!! Makes me miss being in 40. I just left there this past December and this video bring back memories of this past deployment. I miss the hurrivac's down in Kadena followed by non-stop parties. None the less...great video.

I was with 40 from 01-03. IFT with CAC-1 and CAC-8. Dirty Ol Bastards, RYS! I am now in Tucson, we own a business on Davis-Monthan AFB, but we are moving to Ramstein AB, Germany in 01/07. You can see me at Kreative-Images.com. I recognize a few aircrew still left.
