Master Yi is probably (besides Trist) one of the LAST slightly viable hard physcal carries left....and that isn't saying much. Generally if I see him pop his ult and make a bee line for whichever champ I'm playing I ready whatever combo I use and rape him within seconds.

Thats his main issue. Unless he can get FED, which is unlikely against a halfway decent team, he's just a free kill.

You get 490 movement speed and probably 2.5 attack speed. I have that build many times and achieved 30/0/14
