@tonyproia1 Perpetual means lasts forever. The sun will not last forever. It's practically the same as burning fuel or coal. It's just the sheer fact that the sun is ginormous which is the reason it will last a very long time.
Also, the energy the Sun creates is simply converted. No "new" energy is created alongside the energy the Sun created. The best we could hope for is 100% efficiency in harnessing the Sun's energy. There is no 101%+. There is no such thing as free energy.

But i understand your point and i need to say that if second law of thermodynamics goes down, and thus we can produce energy from nowhere, all known physics would fall toghether..and this is not possible, once we see that our understand of physics has a good fit, not perfect, but good nontheless.

I would know a few things about electricity, I hold a couple of patents on the subject.
You can do a quick check at the US patent office. Go to IN(inventors Name) and type in David Wright. But like I said you would need to use a very powerful magnet and many other very powerful magnets to propel this machine to be of any real use to a single home.

There is nothing mystical about magnetic forces. You can produce energy by passing copper wires over magnets fast enough, hence a generator. And yes you may be able to use magnets to force motion to push said generator. However you would need to get the gearing right to generate the RPMs needed to produce 10 amps at 12 volts is 2500 RPMs at 2 HP of torque. so you would need some realy big magnets, and then you are only produceing 10 amps at 12 volts. The machine would be huge to run a house.

its not the science im against, its the people who believe scientific laws will never be broken or that its pointless even trying, hence the phrase: "those who dont learn from the past, are bound to repeat it.", meaning, look at the history of science and all that which has be proven/shown otherwise.

@tonyproia1 Perpetual means lasts forever. The sun will not last forever. It's practically the same as burning fuel or coal. It's just the sheer fact that the sun is ginormous which is the reason it will last a very long time.
Also, the energy the Sun creates is simply converted. No "new" energy is created alongside the energy the Sun created. The best we could hope for is 100% efficiency in harnessing the Sun's energy. There is no 101%+. There is no such thing as free energy.

A way to draw the ambient energy into a concentrated system. the ambient energy for all intenet, sake, and purpose would be a renewable resource. this means we could have something of equal value of a perpetual machine.

@shawneegeek the reason we can't generate energy throught magnets has nothing to do with thermodynamics. It's about the conservative field in which energy is exchanged (in form of fotons) by magnets. But i understand your point and i need to say that if second law of thermodynamics goes down, and thus we can produce energy from nowhere, all known physics would fall toghether..and this is not possible, once we see that our understand of physics has a good fit, not perfect, but good nontheless.

Mostly what Im getting at is, although an idea is popular its not always final, some things might just need a better understanding. Free energy does exist, but free as in requiring no constant monthly cost, just an initial purchase for the materials to build your own, or to buy a pre-built setup.
Free energy doesn't exist, as in requiring fuel to run a generator. For a permanent magnet generator, the fuel is the permanent magnetic field generated by the magnets.
For that guy who runs his home on hydrogen and solar, he splits hydrogen from water with the solar power and collect said hydrogen.

I would know a few things about electricity, I hold a couple of patents on the subject.
You can do a quick check at the US patent office. Go to IN(inventors Name) and type in David Wright. But like I said you would need to use a very powerful magnet and many other very powerful magnets to propel this machine to be of any real use to a single home.

There is nothing mystical about magnetic forces. You can produce energy by passing copper wires over magnets fast enough, hence a generator. And yes you may be able to use magnets to force motion to push said generator. However you would need to get the gearing right to generate the RPMs needed to produce 10 amps at 12 volts is 2500 RPMs at 2 HP of torque. so you would need some realy big magnets, and then you are only produceing 10 amps at 12 volts. The machine would be huge to run a house.

I'll tell you right now that based on what we know right now, there is no such thing as perpetual motion. However if you're looking through these videos, you'll notice that tons of videos are using magnets. Magnets don't last forever. Fortunately, they last for up to 250 years. So no, there is no perpetual motion, but yes, there is a lot of energy than can be harnessed from a virtual "perpetual motion machine". Notice I said virtual.

@SAKEOwner ignorance is NOT bliss... the same kind of thinking was present when Orville was told he can't fly, it violates the laws of physics, i.e., gravity. Just because you don;t know how to do something does not make it impossible. Open your mind. The laws of thermodynamics transcends the law of gravity. I can build a very simple perpetual motion machine with 12 ball bearings in trophs inside a circle... simple yet it works...

sorry Orville was never told he couldn't fly because of gravity or any law of physics. its those very laws of Physics that make and say planes should fly in the first place you nut. I am all for pushing the limits but don't go around saying trash like this to try and back a pointless debate.
if things like this work its not braking the Law you just have no clue how they really work and making stuff up.

Magnets have no more potential to produce energy than a rubber band, or spring... Just because you can't see it doesn't make it all powerfull, and able to defy the laws of physics... try to understand science...

If we did not challenge the laws of physics of Aristotle we would still be holding bows with arrows and use slaves.
The way to extract energy from the field (electromagnetic or gravitational) and furthermore from the kinetic energy of the perpetual motion of electrons, protons, and neutrons in an atom is exactly some of the overunity devices that are know.

@DrKCostas We don't 'know' of any over-unity devices. The latter are all presented by crackpots who either refuse to submit their device to independent testing, or who are lucky enough to find a Rentacrank academic who gives it his dubious seal-of-approval.
It looks to me as if you are someone who is good at memorising, but bad at comprehending.
