  • That looks so good, easily destroys my attempt at it, thanks!

  • Hi Linda, I was just thinking I need to try canning some spaghetti with meat sauce and said to myself wonder if Linda has done this. Big Yep. Next day off I'm going to give this a try...

  • @Allen2045 PS I did not know about tightening the tattler lids. Thanks

  • @Allen2045 Yeah they can be tricky:)

  • @Allen2045 LOL you need a mini bath tub LOL

  • @255sage I would have to half or quarter the recipe.

  • @Allen2045 It did make alo t:)

  • is italian seasoning the dry italian dressing packet in the dressing isle? sorry if it's a stupid question

  • @angelic808 No that would be with the spices. :)

  • @255sage oo okay, thanks doll!

  • Thanks so much, I will be making this tomorrow, I am so excited. DH will lov having it canned ready to go in the pantry.

  • @DenimNPearls0000 Just be sure and ajust how much sauce You will love to have this on hand. thank you for watching.

    Linda

  • Wow, you were scaring me when you were cutting open the pack of ground beef, with the knife heading towards your hand!

Now between the dehydrating and the canning you do I see there are a few skills I need to learn.

I really enjoy your canning videos.

  • @TangoSpiceCompany Sorry for scaring you, it scared me too when I watched. I'm glad you enjoy my videos dispite my shortcomings. Thank you as always, and never stop keeping me in line.

    Linda

  • @255sage No shortcomings here Linda, just straight up great food!

  • I looked in my local Milwaukee market and beef packaged as seen on your channel was 27% fat. I can't say that what I saw at my local market was the same as you had purchased. The packaging looks the same that is all. I like to see what I buy... Thanks for listening... ;)

  • Thank you, Thank you.....U know what I will be canning this week :)

  • @DenimNPearls0000 Oh good you may have to tweak this a little just keep tasting. You cannot go wrong.

  • And here I thought I was the only one who used my roaster for canning!

  • @michiganmadmax Its great to keep your jars hot too.

  • Your Sauce looks great But turn that knife away from yourself! I have seen the ground beef in tubes like that, is the quality pretty good?

  • @gerald2003r Thank you for watching.

  • LOL... I have a roaster like that.. its what I cook gumbo in

  • @itsjustdeb579 Yum!!!

  • That really looks good. Those roasters are a big help when canning. I bought a turkey roaster a few years ago at Thanksgiving for canning and I love it. It was a bargain for $20.

  • @imstillworkin I love mine too. My coworker and I wre talking and i said I really needed on for canning and she gave me hers it was used twice. What a blessing that was!

  • You have inspired me, but now I need the recipe. We will just lov having it on hand

what a time saver in the end. Thanks for sharing JJ:)

  • @DenimNPearls0000 Ok I will post the recipe on my channel for everyone.

  • @DenimNPearls0000 look in the description under the video.

  • Linda, that looks wonderful! Can you please post your recipe for that large batch? I would love to can some up for our family. Thanks, Lisa

  • @LalesaEbonf Yes I am Going to post the recipe on my channel for everyone. You really can't make any mistakes if taste along the way.

  • @LalesaEbonf I posted the recipe in the description box.

  • @LalesaEbonf I put it in the description box on the video.

  • That looks really good, I like all the stuff you added. My Mom when she made spaghetti sauce, she never canned it but she would make it homemade and she would add pepperoni to it, she would buy the thin sliced pizza stuff and then dice it up and add it. I have never seen another recipe with that in there but I always watch to see. Thanks, great video.

  • @JoeandZachSurvival Sometimes I will put pepperoni in mine too. But these days I have to watch what I eat. That is a little high in fat for a big batch, but a sometimes small batch would be good. Thank you!

  • Looks really good, and that pot is big enough to give a baby a bath in lol!

  • @KasCooks lol!!!
