I`m impressed by Cliff Parisi! He is obviosly not in the same shape as Partridge, but he keeps to the rhytm and has great stage presence. Partridge obviously has extensive dance experience, so it is sort of unfair to compare the two.

Actually, before he did Cats, John Partridge wasn't a dancer - he was trained by the Cats choreographer especially for Cats (its on the extras on the DVD if you're interested!)
