aha, the woman (presumably a guide) should try walking into the baker and talking Monegasque as she says you can - and see the reaction she gets! ;-) It would be like walking into an Italian baker and speaking Latin. Also there are no "dreams coming true" in Monaco, your dreams come true elsewhere then you get bored of them and retire to Monaco for peace & quiet away from those dreams. :-D
Its actually a principality, its defence and foreign affaris rely entirely on France.
