The world's floating ice is in "constant retreat," showing an instability which will increase global sea levels, according to a report published in Geophysical Research Letters on Wednesday.

Floating ice had disappeared at a steady rate over the past 10 years, according to the first measurement of its kind.

Okay. For you "intellectuals" who insist on pushing this CRAP, a simple explanation via a descriptive example:

A pot of water (the Earth) just out of a freezer with a frozen surface (polar ice) sitting next to a stove with low heat (low activity sun). Same pot next to the same stove w/ the heat turned up (more active sun). Ice melts, vapor (CO2) forms. Turn stove down, water COOLS and vapor diminishes.

Now, HOW FREAKING HARD IS THAT TO UNDERSTAND?!?!

I do not understand why this "consensus" is so important, it means nothing. I think common sense easily indicates the global warming is a joke. Some of you hacks would have people believe that CO2 all gathers up in the atmosphere and creates a hurricane! Also, the IPCC claims they understand 20% of the climate system. If Al Gore is right, he has made one of the incredible discoveries of our lifetime. I suggest some of you look into cloud research because they are the key in solving this debate.

Man-made global warming effects have been demonstrated since the 1950s (see Charles Keeling and Roger Ravelle). OK, so there is still a debate about it. How do we really prove it? By doing it. Yes, I mean let's get into hybrids and adopt alternative energy. We may not be able to stop it but according to the Natural Resources Defense Council, if we don't change at all then by 2050, we'll have produced 2.6 gigatons of carbon emissions; if we do, it might be 0.8.
