  • If it works, why only give it to people with advanced PC? These are the weakest people, least likely to benefit most. Why not try it on people like me who would like to avoid surgery, hormone-radiation, and/or chemo? I keep hearing "It's not a cure" but that can't be known unless it is tried on someone who is otherwise strong.
