what type of plane are you flying? I am 20 and just recently got my PPL, and would LOVE to go for my instrument. WOUld you reccomend it, if I am not planning on being a Professional pilot. Also, would you say getting Instrument rated is easier of harder than PPL? THANKS!
I fly a Beech Sundowner. It'a a "C172 on low wings"
YES, unequivocal yes on getting your instrument rating. You will work for your IA, most certainly more difficult then the initial PPL but then once you get past the hood time, the view outside simply is priceless.
I am not even close to being professional nor do I want to as I want to fly for fun but the IA rating makes my airplane much more reliable on those low ceiling days. :-)).
I use a digital audio recorder and a patch cord. Comments won't let me post a URL for where I got the patch cord.
Feel freel to PM me for the website. $35 spent on the patch cord and $40 spent on the digital recorder.
After the flight, all I do is sync up the audio to the video. During the flight, in the audio, I prompt myself camera on and camera off which makes it easy to sync up.

Happy late T-day lol. So looks like your flight from Al to MS was very great I see. And that night landing was very spectacular.
