  • these guys inspired me a long time ago. and they've helped me through life in many ways. in the beggining, parkour where just i fun thing to do when you where bored but it has now become more of a lifestyle for me. so i want to thank you for all that you have done for me, and belive me, you have dome ALOT for me. and thanks for posting the vid. Peace out and train safe:)

  • 3.50 to 4.46 very good said by williams

    respect guys

    Tr@iN $@F£

  • chaud les yamakasi seront tjrs les plus intelligent pas comme c mec qui ce disent traceurs et qui font nimporte quoi en enfringnant les regles

  • ''Being injured'' in parkour doesn't neccesary mean bailing a kong or any other technique. Being injured can also be training in a incorrect way so you get long term injuries.

If you train correct you can train your whole life without ending up serious injured in shoulders, knees, joints, hips etc. because you were crazy to do all the big stuff in the beginning.

  • this is somthing very true please pass ur message on, i understand my self as i have unfortunately suffered this fate due to my "crazyness" and i have learnt my lesson. although at times the state of being injured can be somthing great indeed because u learn alot about your self and hopefully can come back with more wisdom to do things right and realise the more important things that must be done both mentally and physically for yourself and others.

  • Leurs mots m'inspirent autant de<3

  • Forrest's words are very inspiring.

Is how I'd like to explain my feelings and thoughts as a traceur.

Also Stephane's remind is very important.

Very inspiring video, thanks for posting it.

  • i want David Belle in this session :D

  • lol i highly doubt or sebastian foucan will ever join up with pkgen or yamakasi their history now

  • Thx for releasing these videos publicly.

It's very important to shows how DEEP parkour really is.

  • Full respect to the Yamakasi. Their words inspire me so much...

  • and this what they are doing in the video

is anwering qrestions AFTER a lesson

! so if you don't do parkour or you don't

know don't say something just to say it

parkour needs practise you can't go out and do it!!

  • i don't think man!

if you do it in your way you will have a lot of injures and parkourgenerations ARE doing lessons!

  • do anybody know if they will do lessons in london in july???i realy wont to know

  • Lessons?

You don't learn Parkour my friend..

You go out, and do it. x

  • Okay then go out and try it. Seriously the people who think like you usually end up seriously injured or dead. hell ive been training for 3 1/2 years and I might have pulled my hamstring today because of a minor nanosecond of hesitation.

  • I never went to lessons dicklegs. I havent been seriously injured, few bails, but doesn't everyone bail now and again.

I met up with other Tracuers in Leeds. And they taught me the basics. search sampatrick for our videos. x

  • That's not entirely true. You can learn a lot from training with other more experienced traceurs. While it might not always be in official "lessons" (though these are popping up more and more), when you start off, it's a good idea to learn from others, since they can tell you if you're doing the movements in a good way. Bad technique can fuck up your body if you're not careful and you'll regret that later on.

  • yea they are doing lessons

  • nice movie

    AKRO GSP

  • i totally agree with you! awesome attitude! not for the sport itself, but for the whole life..of everyone!

  • Very positive! This should have been around for all of history. Keeping yourself positive and increasing mental and physical strength. Great stuff all around!!

  • Young at heart = child spirit. Not that the instructors didn't communication wonderfully, but I literally found myself responding to the video. There seemed to be some hesitation in their voices while explaining the idea as if it may not translate. It definitely does.

  • how to learn yamakasi

  • BRAVO YAMAKASI...YAMAKASI FOREVER!!!!! Great guys w/ great action (not "great" talk without action)

  • Well people minded like you might think that :D but it's normal for people to see things different. If we saw everything like others, why would we need communication?

  • frase 'baš su smradovi'is insault to those peole who see us as a criminals, only on croatian language.we are on the same side, the horse is with you, mudra ptico lastavico

  • trully, inspiring , thankyou very much yamakasi and julie angel and everyone else x

  • ROCK n' ROLL !!!

  • Sisi les gars vous etes toujours la avec le Parkour c bon sa

  • Wow, I get their point but the translation isn't of the best quality so what they are talking about doesn't relate to each other saying (English to French)

Like at the beginning they say in English about being a kid and adult restricting us and their talking about being an adult with kid spirit. XD

  • hyha

  • That's brilliant!

One day I'll meet these people...

  • How can I get a job with Parkour Generations, Julie Angel?

  • This is really inspiring, and to see so much talent in one room is amazing too :)

  • my words xD

  • the first question. Chau is saying. it´s not an interdiction, it´s that when we grow old, we say to our selves, I´m no longer a kid. but when people look at us. They think we are 15 or 18 years old, but no. we´re past 30 and you need to keep that spirit. even when you have grey hair like stephane... (lol) keep the childish side in you. it´s your heart.

  • For me is better read english.. Thank you!

  • Subtitles for the french speech will be very appreciated!

  • I love you

  • Cool!!

  • preach it Josh!

  • ohhhh yeahhhhhhh:)
