Definitely see the old me surfacing more now...I am able to eat more also it is a little scary. Just in the gobbling of noodles or eating cracker type stuff at night..I can really relate to all you said...been on a stall for 3 months at around 180. But I am able to eat fat and sweet with no dumping, good and bad to that. I would get my eyes done too they are the only thing that bothers me when I put on makeup..they look wrinkly to me. Can't wait to meet you at the Ecoast MnG...you look fabulous
I still think your beautiful and don't need anything done to your pretty face but if its going to make you feel good, well then, do it! Get your groove on girl!! 59 is the new 39
Thanks love, for the compliment but it's all smoke and mirrors :) Yeah, the anxieties are trying but I have to believe I can conquer them and move on. We are all works in progress in one way or another. You're right, I will figure it out!
First of all you look fabulous. Second, what camera do you use? Your videos are so crystal clear and vivid (or maybe it's just your radiance;)
I have been playing around with the same wt range for about 6 wks now. I am so with you on the anxieties about wt gain after wt loss surgery. One thing is for sure....it is a forever journey.
Hey Donna, I use a Logictech Quick Cam Orbit AF, bought at Best Buy. Believe me, it's the camera! Yes, this going up and down is driving me nuts. I really need to get on the stick. That's what so good about You Tube. There is lots of encouragement from everyone. You're right, it's a forever journey, not just a quick fix. We'll get there! Looking forward to hanging out with you THIS month!
Thanks Dee, but it's me who thinks your the gorgeous one. I love your ability to speak...I just fall all over my words. Very much looking forward to meeting you also. It will be a special weekend I'm sure.
Ok first of all, you look GORGEOUS! You are such a beautiful woman. :) I totally get the anxiety thing. I think mentally I tend to sabotage myself when I get closer and close to my goal. The mental stuff is a pain in the butt, I tell ya. I'm headed towards plastic surgery right now too. I've got the same thing as you, girl. lol A face lift? NOOO, don't touch your face...you're gorgeous!!
I'm humbled...thank you Diva. The anxiety is a trip..maybe it's fear of success, especially with something that has elluded me all my life. My mind has no where caught up to my brain. Inside, I'm still the big girl. Congrats again to you girl...YOU DID IT! Looking forward to your tips on maintaining.
I wish the surgery could take care of all the mental things that go on. That's a great strategy for helping you get over being shy. I'm looking forward to meeting you THIS month :) See you soon.
I thought things would have gotten better by now. Shyness is something I've had since childhood. I admire those who are naturally outgoing...wish they had a pill or surgery for that. WLS surgery takes care of the outside..we have to work on the inside. All I can do is try. Can't wait to meet you too!
this video was awesome! i totally get where you are coming from...
for me, i am trying to love my skin and for the most part it doesnt bother me..what does are the "girls"... i feel like carol burnett as nora desmond.. lol!
Girls??? What girls? These sad sacks that are now pointing WAY SOUTH?? Bet I could tuck them in my armpits if I tried! Sad! Thank goodness for turtlenecks and underwire! Can't wait to meet all of you too...I feel like a groupie, cause I'm your #1 fan!
I knew I wasn't going to have the bod of a twenty year old but EGADS, I have more wrinkles than my 85 year old Dad! Hard to have confidence when I know what's hiding under my clothes. Spanx here I come! Maybe a good shrink will help with the rest :)
