for people i tell you...this thing works on every nokla phone ....i tried it in my n-gage ,n73,n6270

it works for all but the thing is that it does'nt show processing in n-series but patience for 15 seconds will work for you........

I've seen dozens of explanations on how to wipe out the phone, and never anyone said anything about holding the keys even when turning the phone on.
